Great help!

Needed help to transfer a playlist from my sold tv to my macbook. They helped really swiftly, and it was fixed in no time! Friendly people with dedication to their job.

The layout is clear and the offer is gigantic, there are very few things that are not among them. Communication via chat or mail is fast with clear answers. Very satisfied and immediately extends after 24 hours trial period.

Issues with my box and/or code.

I was having issues with my box and/or code—it kept freezing, reverting to the home screen, showing error messages, and losing the EPG, and resetting didn't fix it. So, I contacted customer service and spoke to Sam. I explained everything to him and had to wait a bit, but fortunately not for long, and the problem was resolved. I'm happy again, thanks to Sam.

I am very satisfied with Watchtivo
