This site is FRAUD

This site is FRAUD.

Do NOT buy from Watch Rapport. I pre ordered a watch 6 months ago. The watch never got delivered. I called to cancel. Never got my money back. They said the refund was still in process but that was over 45 days ago. They keep on making excuses that it’s due to my bank. I paid via my credit card and never received my refund. This is a complete SCAM. Do Not buy from this site.

"Pre-order" means processing time is within 180 business days, pending availability. It is clearly indicated on the website, as well as in the order confirmation. The estimated delivery date for your order is supposed to be in January 2023.

Bad experience and still waiting. I ordered a watch for 12k

I ordered a watch for 12k. Wired the money on august 3 now is Nov 4 nothing. No one call text. Or tell me anything I finally talked to some one 3 days ago and asked for a refund. Waiting to see if anything will happen. My order number is 5535 and will plan to continue to write bad reviews until I hear some information but this was a bad experience.

To be fair. I did receive my refund 11/14/22 but after multiple follow up

Scam I waited for 11 months for my pre…

Scam I waited for 11 months for my pre order rolex. They gave me the run around about next week you will get information, if you are not happy please cancel. I have cancel my order 3 times with out receiving any confirmation of my cancelation. No refund ??? Look at all the other reviews?? They make you fight in order to get your money back if you get it at all.i will continue to report to my bank and better business bureau.
Dic 11 and they still have not return my money. They keep telling me is the banks fault, bank confirms its not true. This people are so sneaky and dirty its amazing the are not in jail.
Dic 23 snd no refund, called mi bank today and they rejected the charge back ( they said they were not going to opose it since they did not delivered the watch.

it is the biggest fraud in watch business-stay away

I made purchase from this company. I did see no progress so I requested cancellation. I still do not have my refund. They said they sent it last week but it was a lie.I am contacting my credit card and also BBB.

The company does not have watches or any other things. They basically advertise watches cheaper and use our funds interest free for some period of time. After that they probably refund. At some point, they will not be able to refund and some buyers will lose their funds. Company does not have any physically presence or location. Address does not seem legit either.They probably work with a call center and trying to show their company big. I can clearly say that this is a very big scheme. They are playing with millions of dollars of money without having to pay any interest.They are probably getting interest on our funds and make living for free.

They steal listings from other sites

They listed a watch I have listed on Chrono24 at a cheaper price that I have it listed. They are using my photos as well. Very shady company and are not forthcoming at all. Beware buy at your own risk. They will lie to you in a second.

Avoid at all costs!

I will reiterate the majority sentiment in the reviews - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I am currently in the process of trying to receive a refund. I placed an order on 9/28/2022 and then subsequently researched this company. Not wanting to take the risk, I immediately initiated a cancellation.

Support confirmed cancellation has taken place on 9/30/2022 and has confirmed multiple times that my refund is enroute. I gave watchrapport the allotted time they indicated for the refund to show up (10 business days) and Affirm has stated to me that NO refund is reflecting in their systems. I have gone back and forth with watchrapport.com email support and they have supposedly escalated my ticket to the Management Team, that was over 24 hours ago with no response of any kind. This is also the 2nd escalation, the first being to the payments team.

Do not buy from this company, this is by far the worst experience I have had with customer service. I will be initiating a transaction dispute with Affirm to recoup my money. Watchrapport smiles while they take your money, placate you when supposedly fixing your issue, only for no action to be taken.

If you do choose to buy, ensure you ask questions and document EVERY interaction. If I had to give a rating it would be 0/10.

Edit: Magically as this review was published, I received the confirmation that my Affirm refund has now been processed. I stand by this review. No consumer should have to document every piece of correspondence and be forced to contact their financial institution to make an order right.

I have received my order, exactly 30 days from the day I purchased it! Excellent customer service, very prompt is their response. I suggest you email them instead of looking at the status of your order online, as it seems like it's not real time.

The pre-order rolex boutique is a scam

The pre-order rolex boutique is a complete scam,DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I did unfortunately. I paid the $ for a gmt 2 in February of ‘22. After waiting 130 days not hearing anything back, i emailed them and called and was repeatedly told its 180 days, they advertise the plan as 90-180 days. I got tired of waiting and became uncomfortable with the process. July 1 I canceled the order and was told a refund would be given in 10 business days. After 3 weeks, no refund appeared, I contacted WR on numerous occasions, was given all sorts of excuses. Ultimately i filed a dispute with my credit card and it took until Oct 9 to finally get the refund. From July 1 to October 9they held the funds. This is a ponzi scheme-stay away

Since we wanted it to be funded as soon as possible, we also encouraged you to submit a chargeback and sent you a notification.

Scam - they take money for watches they do not have

Bought a used watch off their website. Confirmation said I'd get the watch in 30 days. I emailed after a few weeks and they reiterated 30 days to get the watch service it ect. On day 28 I emailed asking what is going on. They responded that the seller never sent them the watch (never bothered to tell me) and now they were going to look for one. I asked for a refund twice before they sent me a cancellation email. I asked about a refund and they said 2-3 days to receive it. I waited a week and they have not initiated the refund, I saw other reviews that they do not refund and everyone had to submit a chargeback to get a refund. This company is a scam

I see watch rapport replied to my review using my name. Interesting. There was no reason for that. But it's mostly lies. They take advantage of people not knowing how credit card processing works. In this case they are saying since I paid with Amex, there is a issue with Amex. Which there isn't. Because when you use Amex, Amex is the bank. What they probably already do not know is amex already sided in my favor before they refunded. I stand by what I said. They are a scam. They sell watches they do not have and then go out and try to purchase one, once they have your money. I also don't think they would have even issued a refund had I not written this review. If you search them online you will see a lot of similar experiences. Stay far away.

The refund was also processed accordingly, and you received your payment back without any chargeback. We can't control the processing time with your financial institution, but we have the refund transaction number and the confirmation from our side, which shows that the amount was credited to your account successfully.

Nothing but a waste of time!

(Edited, since WatchRapport is trying to have this removed since it is unfavorable to them...) I bought a watch for over $4,000 and couldn’t be more disappointed. I had a question, so I tried to ask their “24/7” customer service team. The only option saw was a WhatsApp number. No response. (They claim I didn't receive their message, which may be true. But I messaged other people and immediately received their replies, so it doesn't seem to be an issue on my end). I emailed them, no response. I contacted them through my order page, no response. Four days later I got a hold of them via WhatsApp, for them to tell me to email instead. Tried email again, no response. A week after the purchase my order was still “processing,” but no shipping info, etc. I would expect at least some progress after a week, but their site just said "order processing." After a week of what appeared to be no progress and my inability to reach anyone that wanted to help, I cancelled my order. (They say it is because I didn't received a discount, which is why I emailed them, but not why I cancelled the order. I cancelled the order because there appeared to be zero progress in the order in a week, and I expected the watch to at ship inside of a week for spending over $4,000... I ended up buying a watch from the UK through Chrono24 and was wearing it the next week! And these guys can't even start to ship a watch inside the U.S.? Or they just don't keep the customer informed?). It took a couple days to acknowledge that, too… then “please allow 2-3 days to cancel, then another 8-10 business days for the refund to post.” (Update) The refund finally hit my credit card on 20 Sep, after cancelling on 1 Sep.

I originally claimed I though this was a scam, which I retract. It's just not an experience you'd expect for the money... However, leave a bad review here, and you'll finally get some attention!! They marked it as a spam review (which seems to be a trend since TrustPilot says this page has a lot of that happening).

Exceptional experience

I had a great 1st experience with Watch Rapport!
My local Rolex dealer told me the wait on this particular watch was 18-24 months. I received in from
Watch Rapport in about 8 weeks.
When it arrived it was exactly as I had expected. The watch was perfect and all the papers matched the posting.
I will be using them again for future watch purchases.

Terrible custom experience

They said 3-6 months for my watch, after 8 months, I cancelled and requested a refund. After 3 weeks, I still have not gotten my money back. No one will talk to me on the phone and all of their email responses are the exact same as the previous emails. They’re blaming the “bank delays, beyond their control, My account may not be credited yet”. They’re also encouraging me to file a claim with my credit card.

I wouldn’t trust them or recommend them to anyone.

One star experience

Pay close attention to the one star reviews as this is what you will likely encounter once you've given money to Watch Rapport. I had the same one star experience as most others. After waiting 180 plus days for my quoted 90-180 day quoted delivery, with no delivery and the recycled responses, I requested a refund. When I processed my refund request, I was given a response that my refund would show up on my account within 10 business days. I never received my refund and, following a full month of waiting for the refund I had to file a claim with my credit card company. After filing the claim with the credit card company, I have finally gotten my money back. Read the reviews and make an informed decision.

YOU DONT GET THE WATCH YOU ORDERED

Order #5329, Yachtmaster 2

Supposed to be FULL SET, it came with incorrect papers and didn’t have all the links.

They promised it was a FULL SET which would include all original links for the bracelet, it came in at 6 inch (Rolex links are hundreds a piece, so I need to pay more money for it to fit me)

They sent me pics from "authenticator" that showed a warranty card from Rome, when it arrived it had Saudi Arabia on it. This is another indication that I didn’t get the watch I promised.

Jasmine in customer service hung up on me because shes terrible at her job.

Cristina has no clue, give wrong information and makes guarantees that they cant fulfil. She GUARANTEED it would be with me by a certain date and GUARANTEED it came with papers (YES I asked specifically because pics of the watch they sent had no papers).

This company had the balls to send lawyers after me for posting a review of my experience. Ask yourself what company does that? What company would rather pay cheap lawyers to “scare” customers who had a bad experience rather than fixing the issues that they have.

There you have it folks, the reason there aren’t many bad reviews is in MY OPINION ONLY, is that they scare people by sending threats of a lawsuit.

I will say that IN MY OPINION ONLY, this was a terrible company to order from, I didn’t get what was promised, and everything felt shady.

The word terrible is subjective if I think the box was terrible how can that be false? I BELIEVE it is terrible therefore it’s not false.

Trust me pursuit this at your peril, I will counter sue for misrepresentation and breach of contract and sue your law firm for malicious prosecution of a civil claim.

Which by the way the attorney you used has been suspended more than once from the practice of law and has terrible reviews etc that speaks volumes. A decent lawyer wouldn’t even send a cease and desist when there is obvious truth to my review.

You have dealt with this horribly, threatening bad reviews with lawyers makes you look HORRENDOUS!

I won’t be bullied….

Yes, you ordered a 2014 watch; we sent you a 2016.

I pre- ordered a Rolex Datejust 41 mm Oyster with White Gold Bezel from their Rolex Boutique on 12/24/2021 and paid in full. Order # 3967. ( The easiest to come by versus the Skydweller or Daytona models). The delivery date promised was to be between 90 to 180 days. I followed up on the status of the order via e-mail on the dates; 02/22/2022, 04/26/2022, 06/20/2022, 06/27/2022. The delivery was due on 06/24/2022. No news. I kept on following up further on 07/09/2022, 07/10/2022. There was no legitimite answer. Only excuses...I asked for a refund as it was almost 3 weeks over the promised date and seemed that there was not going to be a watch coming.. I wanted to file a complaint with BBB but watchrapport is not BBB accredited..If anyone out there experienced the same issue and if there is any attorney, we should initiate a class action against this merchant so they can stop taking advantage of people..

I ordered a Patek 6119 from Watch…It’s now July 15th and still no refund. And Watch Rapport is now recycling emails-word for word from weeks ago telling me they refunded me.

I ordered a Patek 6119 from Watch Rapport on May 10. Prior to the order I’d read reviews on Trustpilot. I obviously read the fake ones.
About 2 weeks after purchasing I emailed to check where we were in the process. I was told the watch was with the Authenticator.
When I heard nothing more a week later I wrote and the response I got was the previous email was mistaken but the vendor was ready to send the watch to the Authenticator then. I was also told things would be moving quickly at that point.
A week later I wrote and was then told the vendor was getting ready to send the watch to the Authenticator. When I responded that I was told that a week earlier I got an apology and a promise for an updated status.
6 hours later I canceled. That was June 10.
The cancellation was acknowledged a couple days later and on June 17 I was told the refund had taken place.
I have not yet gotten the refund despite several emails from Watch Rapport stating it was done. I just spoke to someone from WR who basically acknowledged that I was misinformed to this point and I am still waiting for a follow up phone call from a supervisor.
Whoever wrote the review here saying all this business does is make interest on your “loan” nailed it. Right now I’m very concerned that I’m not getting my refund and I’m going to have to involve the CC company. I hope I don’t need a lawyer.

Edit on July 16th. Watch Rapport merely sends me emails that are word for word restatements of previous emails . I have long ago turned this matter over to my CC company and so far Watch Rapport has not refunded the money to it. Since I had already paid a significant amount of money to my CC company both the company and I are out a lot of money. Watch Rapport seems to be stalling repayment and lying about its intentions and actions to bring this matter to a conclusion.
July 27th. Watch Rapport is ignoring all attempts my CC company is making to collect the refund. This is what I was told today, by the CC company.

Please note that we have all the emails confirming our attempts to refund your payment. You have been contacted several times with multiple resolutions. We also contacted the credit card company to ensure the refund processing. Watch Rapport has no attempts to hold your payment or delay the refund.

My customer service experience with…

My customer service experience with this company has been terrible. I originally requested to cancel my order on May 18, 2022, and as of today June 14 I am STILL waiting for the refund. My attempts to contact the company regarding the status of my refund have gone ignored, so I do not know what else to do to get their attention. Their entire business model is holding on to your funds as long as possible so they can earn interest on it, then eventually refund the money when (surprise!) they can't source the watch. Can you imagine if just 1000 people placed orders for a Rolex at $10k each, how much interest they could make on that in 3-6 months time? Meanwhile you have essentially given them an interest free loan while you wait for nothing, and you agreed to it in their terms of service. However once I cancel the order they are no longer entitled to continue holding the funds, but that is exactly what they are doing.

Response to Watch Rapport: I have been checking my account activity daily and there has been no refund. If you indeed sent the refund 3 days after I requested it on May 18, then something clearly went wrong and the refund never got credited to my account. Can you please investigate? Thank you.

Update 6/27: Still no refund.

Update 7/5: Still no refund.
