I use it religiously, but the app always freezes, and I have to constantly have to start over

I liked the variety of channels. I did not like being denied access while still paying for the service.

What can you expect for $6.99 a month? At least I can watch it on my TV with Roku. Sometimes the picture is really small then sometimes the zoom is on (aspect ratio), and sometimes it is not working at all. Quality of picture is good. There is absolutely no tech support or support in any way. If you have a problem, no one contacts you back.

We love getting Fox News and other Conservative venues, but for some reason, the service freezes on a fairly regular basis…not sure if it’s our internet service or orWatchNews, although we don’t get freezing anywhere else.

First and foremost, the streaming broadcasts are exactly what I was looking for vs SLING, FUBO and the others. The price is great and hope it remains this way since most will jack up prices that are out of line. My only problem and I've reported it, is that the icons are not fully labeled. You have to know for example where FOX is on the blue box, or CNN.

I thought the paid service would be better than the free one, but unfortunately, there is just as much freezing as the free one. And the viewer used seems to be inconsistent. I can tell be the controls available. Sometimes I can go back in the stream with the progress bar and other times I can’t. Sometimes full screen is actually full while other times it does go fully full. Quite a disappointing experience actually.

I have been using Watch News Pro now for several years. I used to have a slow connection, but have upgraded to a 5g wireless connection. I find I have very few problems now & am able to watch with a full screen picture without any problem. The price is reasonable, & gives me access to programming I could not get otherwise. I use it every day & am well satisfied. Thank you for the great service!

I have been using Newspro for a few years now. In the beginning, I had some hiccups, but the service got better and better. What a great way to rid yourself of expensive TV. I travel between Canada and the US on a regular basis and am always able to catch on news from home and abroad. Of course, wanting to know what is happening in stock markets is readily available. I have passed this information on to many friends. Go for it.

I like this as an alternative to cable. I also like being able to tune into foreign sources. While there are channels I avoid as propaganda, there are good reliable sources on this. Unfortunately, my favorite channels seem to have issues at times. I only wish I could DVR programs.

Very convenient however the image is often over or under sized especially with CNN and Ms NOW

I have written numerous times about poor quality of content with not one response back from your company

It is 6:30 am and MSNOW is cropped and difficult to view. I pay for a service you are not providing. And more importantly you show no concern for issues

The ONLY channels that are constantly messing up are FOX and the alt FOX. When contacted, the support team wants me to do their trouble shooting or wait days to reply. And trying to watch news pro on my TV instead of my computer takes almost an act of congress to achieve, in other words NOT HAPPENING.

i watch cnbc only. it works correctly 70-80% of the time. so i would give a rate of C- after almost 7 years subscription

They no longer provide 6 hours of catchup on CNN and MS NOW. I wrote to them to complain several times they never responded. This used to be a good service but I think it changed hands and there is no customer support.

We live in Norway, France and California . Thanks to watchNewsPro and Express VPN we can see what is happening during these difficult times.

I’m a news junkie and don’t have access to all but one of these live news outlets. So this for me is the Best thing since sliced bread ever

I lost the cast icon on my subscription service and no one knows why.
Support have lost interest in assisting me.
Up till now I've been very happy with the service.

I had LNC Pro, a competitor, for years, and this station WatchNewsPro is a game changer. Not only can I watch it on my laptop, but they also have an application that I can download on my Roku TV.

I had a question that needed to be clarified, and I must say that if you ask the question on their website instead of sending them an email directly, not only was there a quick response, but they got back to me again for further clarification.

I can now watch my political news stations off of my TV. You just can't believe how elated I am. Thank you for your excellent programming.
