I recently purchased a Rolex Yacht-Master and a Rolex Ladies Datejust, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesperson (Amrik Singh Jhand) was incredibly helpful and ensured that the entire process went smoothly. From start to finish, he took care of every detail, making sure that we felt comfortable and informed throughout.
This level of service was in stark contrast to a previous visit to the Rolex boutique store (literally 50 meters apart), where we almost couldn’t even enter. The difference in customer service was night and day. We truly appreciated the professionalism and attentiveness shown to us during our purchase.
If you’re in the market for a Rolex, I highly recommend visiting Wathcfinders & Co. and ask for Amrik!

Fast, Efficient, Trustworthy
Fast and efficient. Very friendly and responsive service. I appreciate the verification of the watch' legitimacy, and the immaculate condition that the watch came to me.
The only reason that I did not give a full 5* was because after purchasing the watch from the online shop, I had to reach out to witchfinder for a status update on the order three days later. Watchfinder were very responsive, but it would have been good to have received an automatic update regarding when the watch was shipped / receiving an ETA rather than having to reach out to staff. I would suggest implementing such a system as an improvement.
That said, this is my second purchase from Watchfinder, I trust this company and will definitely use watchfinder again.

I purchased a Rolex Air King watch from Watchfinder Zurich boutique and had nothing but excellent customer service from Vojtech, Dylan, and Enio!
They were all friendly and so easy to deal with.
1. Requested for a discount - Granted✅

3. Requested for a spare oyster link - Granted✅
This of course is on a case to case basis and they may not be able to grant this to every customer but I’m just happy how they accommodated all of my requests and that indeed is value for money!
Highly recommended and will definitely go to Watchfinder again for future purchases.
