Great communication and did exactly what they promised.

I recently purchased an Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch from Watches of Mayfair. Normally I would have gone to an Omega Boutique but found these guys by chance and, competitive price (17% discount to retail!) combined with excellent reviews, convinced me to give it a go. I HAVE NO REGRETS ... Matt was extremely helpful and clearly ''knows his stuff'' - he was transparent the watch was not in stock and would take up to six weeks to be delivered, three weeks later it was in my possession. I opted for the DHL delivery at no extra cost, it arrived well packaged and secure. They will be my first option going forwards for sure! Great service.

I initially contacted them via the web form on their website to enquire about a Nomos watch. I received a message back with a WhatsApp link, which I made use of. I spoke with Matt who answered all of my questions, of which there were many. He replied with all the information I needed and more. The watch was sourced from Europe and in their hands the next day. They sent me photos when the watch had been received.

I opted to collect the watch from their London boutique. I was dealt with by Kibria, who was also fantastic. He made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase and we had a good chat about watches and the often nerve racking process of buying a watch in general.

They say if a watch price is to good to be true, it probably is. Not in this instance. Genuine product, with the original warranty in place.

Delighted with my first risk-free experience of buying a luxury watch. I had previously done some research on watches I liked, including prices of new and used items from private sellers, authorised dealers and secondary market dealers. WoM had my favourite watch in stock, new with over 98% of its international warranty period remaining and priced at 22.5% discount on RRP. I doubt I could obtain a better discount from ADs or buying tax free abroad. Perfect professional and friendly service from Matthew including wrist bracelet adjustments and offering to arrange the box and papers to be couriered to my home address. I have no hesitation in recommending WoM.

I think in general people are concerned about purchasing a watch from a non-authorized dealer, particularly when the watch is expensive (understanding that expensive is a relative term). there is a very vibrant watch that exist outside of and complements the sale of watches from only authorized dealers, but many people might not have experience with this secondary market. not surprisingly, if a deal sounds too good to be true or even very good, one should always be suspicious. I am not an experienced watch buyer, but I had done some research and was comfortable in buying a watch outside of the authorized dealer network (actually, I didn't have much choice because the watch I wanted had been discontinued). I heard about Mayfair and took a chance. The communication from one of the representatives was excellent, and the item was exactly as described. Shipping was also as described. The representative even assisted me in determining some information regarding the warranty. I would confidently purchase from Mayfair again.
