From France. My wife ordered a Timex watch from Watch2u. The parcel, with tracking, arrived in good condition without any exterior opening traces. BUT when she opened the box, there was only a cushion WITHOUT the Timex. We could see the marks imprinted by the watch on the cushion. My first thought was it is an invisible watch! So obviously it is before the packaging than someone stole the watch from the Timex box or it was deliberatly sent empty. Also, we checked after this event, on other english sites, to know about their way to make business and it is not positive at all, so many complaints. So, make your own opinion. Right now we are fighting with these guys to be reimbursed.

Perfect service
Placed a last minute order after a huge disappointment from Fossil. Placed an order with Fossil which was confirmed however after three days when I chased them it was out of stock and cancelled and I didn’t receive any email and no one got back to me regarding my complaint.
Watch2u order was placed on a Friday afternoon, no delivery charges for 24h Royal Mail service. Was delivered this morning, in perfect condition.
