I haven't yet used the service, but thought you deserved 5 stars for the service I received via a telephone call.

I called a week or so ago with many questions and I get quite nervous via telephone, but the lovely young lady I spoke to, I believe her name was Rosy, was so kind and patient. She answered all my queries and was so sympathetic to my situation.

It's very rare to find such lovely customer service so well done! I imagine you are all lovely there and I will be using you within the next month or so.

Last Tuesday I rang to arrange a pick up, and no one got back to me. Today I rang and got an apology and was told within two hours I would receive an email confirming pickup for Thursday. No email received. Not happy, right now I feel i paid rather a lot of money for ten bin bags !
