Communication terrible
Booked a movement as per a quote, chased after 5 weeks to be told incorrect quote was put in - No one communicated this to us and wanted increased rate to do anything - My customer was let down, still ongoing trying to solve the problem - Advised them to remove drums and we will find alternative solution

Geography school visit
The team really pulled out all the stops to host a visit for a school party of 26 year 3 pupils. The prep the team did was excellent and the children were treated to a quiz, treasure hunt and full classroom presentation to inspire them to follow the reduce-reuse-recycle ethos.
