Order took forever to be shipped out.
My order took forever to be shipped out this time round. At first I thought maybe they were on holiday, but I checked their website and there was no notice. I honestly thought my order got lost or never went through even though I had an order confirmation. It wasn’t even a reasonable amount of time. I placed an order and then almost two weeks later I get shipping notification.
