Arben was extremely helpful and thorough cleaning car which was in a mess internally after being broken into and was very dirty outside from tree debris. He also very kindly jumpstarted car so I could move to a safer location. Highly recommend

Service everything else but impressive
Dirt patches all over my brand new Porsche Cayenne. Windows smudged. Car not dried properly. Texted the pictures to the mobile number I had of them but no reply. Asked to come back. No reply. Used them twice. Don't think can recommend them !!!

I couldn't be happier with the service…
I couldn't be happier with the service from Mo at Wash Doctors. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and actually arrived early, which was a great start.
While respraying my BMW, he came across a few unexpected issues. Rather than rushing the job, he took the time to explain exactly what he'd found, talked me through the options, and worked carefully to find the best solution. His communication throughout was excellent, and I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail.
The quality of the repair is superb, and the finish looks fantastic.

Numerous issues but overall very poor customer experience

Shoddy service
Booked an appointment for 1pm and they turned up 3 hours early. Knocked on all my neighbours doors because "they weren't told the proper information". Then had to move my car because they couldn't be bothered to walk the valet machine down my driveway. Won't be using them again.
