Really poor customer experience
What a terrible experience. I booked an at-home clean yesterday between 4.30-5.30. The technician arrived very late. Then he told me that he couldn't clean the car at my home (the whole reason this service exists!) and so he drove my car to his friend's house nearby so he could charge his van and clean it there. The whole thing was super unprofessional and a really bad experience.
To make it worse, I contacted their customer services team and they just didn't seem to understand why either of these issues was a big deal. Their whole approach seemed to be 'the car is clean, so what?' I had to have a very prolonged conversation with them and even then they didn't seem to care.
It's a real big shame because this is the second time I have used Wash Doctors but sadly after yesterday's experience I will not return.
