Great value whelping box
The box was very well packaged and as a kit with instructions it is pretty easy to follow and assemble. Some of the holes didn't quite line up so it was a bit more difficult to assemble than it should have been. Some parts seem a bit flimsy but when assembled it is quite rigid and a good size, and not too heavy. Unlike many other boxes it has a base and is easy to clean out. I would say that it is good value for money as long as it lasts, although bigger sizes seem expensive. I'm surprised that the standard sizes are made to order and not kept in stock to reduce delivery times. On the whole I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to others. The dog seems happy with it too.

Quick service. As I’ve previously stated the heated pad should have a more rebuts cover over the cable . Average size dog Labrador can chew through it thankfully without being electrocuted .

Fantastic Heat Pad
What can i say the Staff member i spoke to was amazing needed a heat pad like yesterday and the lovely lady got it to me within 24hrs, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC….. Heat pad is first class even considering using it for my bad shoulder once pups have finished with it, can’t recommend enough great product and great staff THANK YOU

Hygienic and easy to assemble.
Bought the 36x36 size. Hygienic in construction and easy to clean. Easy for one person to assemble by hand, no tools required and is pretty sturdy once it is. Can dismantle for storage.
It is VERY expensive but probably worth it as it will last for litters over many years.
