Syko brainwashing

this book is disgusting it brainwashes people to draw gore. I’ve seen a cat bleeding out its vagina on SCRATCH, a kid freindly website. I’ve seen an image of a cat with its guts coming out and a comment said “lol😂” WHAT THE HECK?! THAT IS DISTURBING! also the books suck, id rather play Mario 4 on sega genesis. the mangas aren’t real mangas, the art style for these anti-mangas are HORRIFYING, they look like eldritch malformed human-cat hybrids. the names are weird, WHO NAMES THEIR CAT BARKFACE?!?!?

No stock for UK.

It's impossible to ever get what you want....so frustrating when you see it in stock in the EU site but unable to get it shipped from there. I'd give the site itself a single star but for the fact of I actually think the customer care is very good(5*), they've always replied and sorted out an issue I had previously brilliantly. I just wished they'd actually have more products to order.

Ordered from the US store

Ordered from the US store. One item shipped from the EU store (water bottle) and there was no issue and that item was received in a timely manner. The remainder of the order was completely wrong and never rectified. I received 2 wrong items. I have now emailed a total of 10 times. Other than the autogenerated “1 business day response” I have yet to receive any actual correspondence to correct the issue. I called the customer service number +1 (818) 523-2530 and spoke to a male twice who identified himself as the shipping manager. He also advised that the number is his PERSONAL CELL NUMBER and it was accidentally listed on the stores website. That’s weird. He said he would send out my correct items and requested that I send pictures/item info in a text to his phone. I did as requested. TWICE. He also said (on the second call) that the customer service email usually handles the shipping complaints. I told him how many times I had emailed and that I never received any responses. That seemed to shock him. We still have not received the 2 missing items. I filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau. I have posted on Erin Hunters official IG site a direct message about the issue. And I will continue to post to wherever I feel it might get noticed. Maybe if everyone who has issues w this store does so it might start to catch someone’s attention. We will not be ordering ANYTHING from the US Warrior Cats store directly. Ever.

Not reliable and a waste of money

Ordered a women's XL shirt that was overpriced and while it arrived within 2 weeks, it is the size of a typical women's M so it doesn't fit. I can spend 10 more dollars to send it back and hope for a refund but seeing other reviews, I am not hopeful.

We had another order for mini figures that arrived on time, were well made and at a reasonable price. We purchased a full size plush in the same order and while it looks okay, there are holes where stitching is not complete and the price is way too much for what you get.

T-shirts are not true to size

T-shirts are not true to size. I bought two shirts for my teenage daughter in Adult Medium, a size that is usually big enough to be a nightdress on her, thinking she'd be able to wear the shirts for years. One was the "women's" cut, one regular. Both are smaller than her other Adult Small shirts from elsewhere, more like the size of her year 6 uniform shirts which are a child size. Yes I checked the Size Guide measurements before ordering, they're wrong! These were for Christmas and I won't have time to return now before the 30 days, and I see lots of folks don't get return refunds anyway, so we're stuck with them but I'll NEVER order from this shop again. I'll buy offsite knockoffs instead, which I usually try to avoid but this store has taught me not to trust it for anything in the future. A shame, given that these books are my daughter's current autistic special interest so I'll be buying lots of merch, just not here.

Customer Service is Lacking

Items ordered for Christmas (November 29th) weren't shipped until *three* weeks later on December 19th, and only after a lot of badgering on my part. My 9 year old son, who spent significant sum of money (for a 9 y/o) on one of the items in the order, has been rather let-down by the long wait; and I'm not sure how to handle the gifting of the other two items that were meant to be included in his stocking.

No response from customer service was even received until my third (fourth?) email which threatened my cancelling of the order altogether if they weren't going to send it out to me. A response was then received and I was told the order was being shipped (no option was provided to cancel the order outright), however, it still hasn't arrived in time for Christmas as the announcement on their website indicated that it would. (As of today, Dec 24th, the items are stuck somewhere in Ohio.)

There's no phone number to speak to anyone directly either, making for an even more frustrating experience. It's wild; you assume a big franchise that's been around as long as Warrior Cats has would have their #%^ together but that's just not the case. We won't be ordering any Warrior Cats products going forwards as I can't stand the disappointment!

aditional charges

I have revived from forwarder invoice with additional payments ( vat and custom duties including custom clearance for proper commodity code). Unfortunately at the purchase time l was not informed by You, and it was not mentioned nowhere at the web page that additional charges as taxes will be added. I was buing via EU site, and according to the rules.good policy You should inform me that goods are not produced at EU, so I will pay additional charges connected with that.

In a nutshell:

We ordered about $100 of Warrior Cat figures Dec. 20,2023.
They charged us that same day.
Weeks later, no product, no contact after many inquiries to their customer service.
No answers to our emails.
No other way to contact them outside of the Shop App.
Who's going to write them a letter?
I can see through my USPS site that a shipping label has been made.............cross our fingers that this is the order.
Bad business Warrior Cats.

Finally had WC service department get back to me!
Detailed email, very apologetic. It was nice to finally get some response. I still think that the money should come out of my bank when the order is ready to ship, not charged right away.

Totally disgusting servicd

I placed an order on December 1 for three items totaling 80.00 pus 15.00 to ship. My Credit Card was charged that day (not when the items shipped)I tried contacting the the store to see where my order was because when I tried to log back in to find it on the website I was told my email dud not exist. There is no phone number just an email system in which they say they will respond within 7 days.I sent my first email on December 9 and never heard back so again I sent email on December 12. Still nothing. just got notice that my order will not be received until need December 26 by 9:00 pm. This folks is why people shop Amazon. Free two day shipping. Will be sure to get in touch with BBB. Sounds like a scam site!

I returned a teeshirt in January

I returned a teeshirt in January. It is now April, and I have not received a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly online and have totally been ignored. Better Business Bureau, anyone?

NO refund on returned item and being ignored

Returned an item in December 2022. Have not received a refund. Only way to contact them is via email or regular mail. NO phone number. Emailed them. Got auto reply email that I would have a response in 1 business day. NO response. One day three I sent another email. Still no response. Have ordered items from them with no problem but apparently they are not good at refunding people.

High cost P&P Low Care

Ordered one small item with a very high post and package cost of £4.95. It arrived on time through Royal Mail but stuffed into a cardboard sleeve that it was falling out of. Really disappointed I expected a bit more care for that cost.

Insanely long shipping time, absymal customer service

Ordered on October 12, order finally came on November 15 - two weeks after my daughter's birthday :(
It was 1 shirt, 1 plush stuffed animal, and 1 bag tag. There's NO reason it should take that long. Customer service was abysmal and non-responsive aside from one short terse email. Sorry, but you guys suck.

My t-shirt never arrived!

Of I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a t-shirt on October 17. On the website it says delivery time 5-7 days. It still hasn't arrived. I have written to them several times and every time I get the answer that they are sorry and they will ask the factory to reprint it and send it again. But I get no package and no information. Scam company.
