I had to use this company in order to get start a replacement/warranty process on an BioIonic curling iron. After having the product for just over a year (and now just outside the one year warranty period) the lever handle had failed. I was looking to just get a replacement part. However, Melissa Clifford from Warranty Valet worked with BioIonic and was able to get me an entire new curling iron! Considering these are $150+ products I was genuinely surprised with the outcome! She was incredibly responsive and attentive and made the process smooth and easy. Thanks again!

The rep, Melissa, stayed in contact with me the entire time. She walked me through the process basically holding my hand. She helped me find the number on the product that needed to be reported, she sent the postage and label for shipping, she tracked the product going and the replacement coming back. Though initially put off by the process, I became favorably impressed in my dealings with Melissa. She stayed with the warranty dispute, advised me in dealing with the store manager and continued to follow up on my progress—till there was a satisfactory resolution.
I had purchased a battery powered circular saw which had a 2 year warranty. It did not work & the store would neither accept it as a return nor refund my money. I persisted & eventually they exchanged the tool for a superior model with a 3 year warranty, gave me a new receipt and a gift card. It was win-win for me.
I was pleased with the results and hope I also will be satisfied with this new tool purchase.
