Ordered a hoodie, shipping didn't take too long but when I opened the box the hoodie is TERRIBLE .. not the colour advertised and the quality is embarrassing its see through and no thicker then a piece of toilet paper. It was on sale so I will wear it at home but from now on I will be going directly to the artists website for merch because wow just terrible

I ordered some tops for my son back in December and still not been delivered....poor customer service....I’ve emailed several times with no reply....it’s a lot of money to spend and this company don’t seem bothered!!!!

I have ordered from this website three times now and had a different result every time. Last year I ordered 3 band tops and a hoodie, and they arrived on time and were of good quality. Then I tried to order again around March and after a month went by I logged in to find my order had been cancelled, without any notice or anything from them. Now I thought this might have been a one off so tried again later in the year and the items I ordered again didn’t arrive, so after a few more weeks I sent multiple emails to find out what was happening, firstly asking for information, second one why the items hadn’t been shipped yet after so long had passed and finally if I could get a refund instead because the order still hadn’t even been dispatched. I didn’t receive a single email back from them.
So I took it as a loss, thought they had took my money and I wasn’t going to see the items I ordered but then randomly a couple of weeks later they arrived, and don’t get me wrong the items were again of good quality but overall I was waiting 2 months for it to arrive with no replies from the site at all. If it wasn’t for the quality of the clothes I’d rate it 1 star, but I definitely won’t order from Warner again.

Ordered on the 13th December. Still no delivery and it is now the 4th January. Sent 3 emails and the company have not replied at all. I'd say they are a scam site to be honest and will be applying for a refund from the bank.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering!! Took my money over a month ago and I have received NOTHING! Not even had a reply to my 3 messages I have sent to them!!

Pre-ordered a twenty one pilots shirt in time for Christmas. My partner and mother did the same, roughly at the end of November, pre-order release dates were 2nd December and 11th December, we were all expecting to get the items before Christmas, they were supposed to be gifts. Absolutely nothing back but an excuse saying they haven’t received the stock from the supplier. No email prior to the two I sent, could’ve sent one out saying that there would be a delay. Incredibly unprofessional.

I sincerely hope twenty one pilots, and other bands that use this company, part ways. Avoid this website at all costs. You’ll never get your items, so it seems... save your money.

If there was an option of 0 stars - this would be it. Thought this was “official” merchandise store. Ordered My Chemical Romance merchandise for niece’s 18th. Ordered 30th November. Order history shows “not shipped”, customer service useless. Thankfully paid by PayPal. Raised a dispute & within 1 hour got email from Warner Music saying they wouldn’t assist unless I withdrew the PayPal dispute. Got the same message 3 times. Refused to clear the dispute as goods still not issued. By 30th December they also failed to respond to PayPal, so dispute found in my favour & got money back.
This site seems to be fake, despite the official looking links. Do not order. Seen multiple reviews saying no goods provided after payment.

I ordered some Marina merch for my girlfriend for Christmas. The Electra Heart collection was released 13th December. I bought it first few days of December. I paid for tracked express delivery which is 1-2 working days it is now the 24th December. I have submitted request after request and heard nothing back, nor have I received even a shipping notification so it’s obvious at this point they don’t care. I have seen multiple other artists leaving this store for this reason and I hope everyone else follows. Don’t ever order from them because you’re basically flushing your money down the toilet. Pointless and pathetic company, hopefully they go bankrupt so they can no longer continue robbing people.
