If you wanna return the product they offer instead a 20% refund if you dont return the product but until now not materialised. If you return the product you have to deliver it somewhere to China and pay yourself for delivery costs.

Absolutely shocking. Spent £48 on a cardigan which A. Took weeks to come then B. Was cheap, tacky material. I’ve tried and tried sending messages, eventually offered 20% discount which is an embarrassment in itself but it was either that or send back footing the postage myself, to guess where?!?! China 😡 cutting my losses I eventually accepted the paltry 20% and still not received it. I’ve sent message after message and just been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a skirt, it’s arrived as a totally different color, they return policy sucks, don’t order anything from them ever

I sent for a pair of waterproof walking boots for my other half. The pictures on the website looked perfect. Unfortunately the boots that arrived are nothing like the ones advertised and are absolutely rubbish ie not the same colour cheap and nasty. ##WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ##

Yet another scam Chinese company that advertises they are based in Holland. Not true. Paid £60 for boots which were supposed to be waterproof and size 7. Turned up in a plastic bag, bent up to squeeze in the bag. Are probably a size 5 and definitely not waterproof. When you contact them you are offered 5% refund to keep the product. Declined. Then offered 20% refund to keep product. Declined as a matter of principle. Probably going to cost £20 to send them back but will as a matter of principle and hope to eventually get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible quality, very cheap, paid £37 for a dress and was not as described and I asked to return I have to pay would cost £20 to return. Do not order from this company. Iv lost £37.

Avoid these scammers, the products they deliver do not Match the descriptions at All! Refunds are only possible if items are return shipped to China and they dont offer free returns.

I WISH I had read these reviews before making a purchase. The photos they’re using to advertise their clothes are not what the items that they are sending out. I ordered a long charcoal puffa coat. The package arrived it was rock hard I didn’t realise what it was at first. They had VACUUM packed the coat into a tiny bag to post it to me. I’ve taken the coat out and it is absolutely NOTHING like what they have advisetised in terms of material/style/colour. I’m furious. I’ve contacted customer service and requested a refund. Wouldn’t mind if it was cheap £20 coat from SHEIN but this coat cost me just shy of £80.

TERRIBLE!! Do not buy anything from this company. Sizing is tiny, material is cheap polyester. Terrible service. Offered a 20% refund. DO NOT BUY!!

Total scam. Items delivered but most of them were not the exact colour of the items advertised... which I could've lived with, but the Large size was more like a children's small. Midget's would struggle to button these shirts up.

Requested a refund and have been told that the items match the description of the purchase and no refund is available.

When the order arrived it was not like the description picture and a small to medium not extra large well made garment though but literally waited a month .

Even one star is too much for this company. The product they sent does not match the order. Even the garbage bag is of better quality. This company is definitely a scammer. I will never accept people being openly scammed like this and will take them to court!!!

Ordered a white tracksuit. It was £60 so not so cheap. Looked really nice in the photos and described as cotton. When it finally arrived it was made of some sort of nylon polyester material. I realised that this was a Chinese site and not the Netherlands as it says in their contact info. I knew at that point I would never get my money back so didn’t bother with the stress as it’s pointless. Should have checked out Trust Pilot before ordering. Been scammed by China before so I should have done my homework on them. What a fool I am🤓 It’s easy money for them. Pretty sure the Chinese government has no regulation for such fake companies. Oh well better not get complacent again! The wolves are baying for blood just around the corner….

I ordered a Levi Bodywarmer, expecting a Levi product but it was not. I've since asked to return the item and have reported to trading standards as they are selling a fake branded product. We are losing hope of getting our money back. Businesses like this should not be allowed to trade in the UK or any country.

Dreadful!

Don’t buy. Took 6 weeks. No customer service. Phone doesn’t answer. Goes dead. No reply to emails, when I finally got the ‘cashmere’ skirt it had no labels and was very poor with a matted feel. Very disappointing.

Complete waste of money.

Took ages to be delivered and when the garment arrived it was way too big and nit what was ordered. Also packaging was shocking.

Then, when I asked for a refund was told they couldn't offer one and return to China was at my cost. Then they offered me a credit of 20% even though they claimed there was no error with the order.

I have returned the item to China and asked for a full refund plus the return postage.

Also reporting them the Trading Standards.

Awful company. Boots advertised as 41 but we're about a 39. Came in a bag, not a box so we're crushed and damaged. Made out of synthetic rubbish, and definitely not waterproof as advertised. Took a month to arrive. This company should be investigated by Trading Standards and not allowed to trade in UK.

If I could give less than one star, I would!

Boots were far from the standard of the picture and also the wrong size sent.

I may send them back to China at my own expense or keep said boots and receive 20% refund!

DO NOT order from this company , items are not true to size and when you try to return you go round in endless emails and have to return the parcel back to china .
The best they would offer is a 20% refund without returning on an item that cost £48 , this was only after me arguing as they originally said that it not fitting wasn’t a valid reason for return .
Save your money and the hassle and do not order from this company.
