New paints, Helpful Team member
I came to the store to check out the new tone pro paints. The team member working that day was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning paints and painting styles. She allowed me to test the paints on a demo model. She was attentive and provided excellent suggestions for paint usage. The quality of the paints coupled with the customer service interaction convinced me to preorder several paints through the store. 10/10 would recommend the Warhammer Daphne store and the tone pro paints.

I have always had problems with getting…
I have always had problems with getting anything from local game shops. This was my first time ordering through the store. I moved states and the people in the store made it very easy. I’m willing to pay warhammer prices if shipping is reliable and fast.

The new Tone Pro paints are great
The new Tone Pro paints are great. Love the bright colors and how well they cover. It's also really nice to skip the shipping cost by being able to pick it up in person at my local Warhammer game store.

Tone Pro is Pro

Pre-ordered the newest release, only to have it arrive 4 days late. Customers spending this much money expect launch-day fulfillment. Ordering direct-to-store guarantees release-day access, so home delivery shouldn't lag so far behind without some form of compensation for the wait.

I’ve been with the WH community for at least 20 years spanning from Poland to UK and everything is always ok. The only thing I got is that whenever I order something to pick up from the store I never get any message that says - it’s been delivered. Weird 🤪
