Love the game but the support team are…
Love the game but the support team are utterly useless. Waiting for a little over 48 hours and still no resolution to not getting the product I used 6,000 gold for... wonder how much longer it will take. Our last chat was nearly 30 hours ago and I've had no response or update. What a shambles
No fairness, automated bans, and lost paid services
I have been a long-time World of Tanks player and invested both time and money into my account.
My account was sanctioned for allegedly participating in a “rigged battle,” even though I was not the initiator and entered it randomly. Other players in the same battle caused the situation, but some were not punished at all.
Support refused to review my replay or screenshots, provided no real evidence, and repeatedly gave template responses. Discussions were closed automatically, and there was no fair appeal process.
The rollback procedure also caused me to lose paid services (Premium Account, WoT Plus, Battle Pass rewards) with no compensation offered.
This experience shows a complete lack of fairness, transparency, and meaningful human review. Some players are banned, others are not, even when they participated in the same rigged battles. It is deeply disappointing for a company of this size.

2. Game is full of bugs, servers work like they are Vodka powered. Yet, the company is NOT doing anything about it.
3. Every updated, they managed to screw something new up....
It is just beyond me how a multi million $$$ company can be this delusional and stupid...
WarGreedy or WalletGaming. Take your pick!
I’ve been playing WoTB for 11 years, plus a few of the others. The games, on the whole, are good. The way WG have monetised them should be illegal. People complain about EA or Activision/Blizzard etc. they are rank amateurs when compared to WG.
Scummy and greedy company
Complaint about the Imbalance and Premium Requirement in the World of Tanks Game;
Hello,
I have been a loyal player who has enjoyed playing World of Tanks for 11 years. However, recent developments have deeply disappointed me, as the game has increasingly shifted towards a “pay-to-win” model, putting dedicated players like myself at a disadvantage.
Without a premium account, players are placed at a significant disadvantage during matches. In 7 out of my last 8 battles, I was systematically assigned to weaker teams, while the opposing teams had players with high WN7 ratings, and my team consisted mostly of inexperienced and low-level players. I do not believe this is a coincidence; rather, it appears to be a deliberate tactic to push players towards purchasing a premium account.
The matchmaking system is no longer fair. Your game has ceased to be enjoyable for long-time, committed players. This imbalance and commercial pressure will eventually lead you to lose your loyal player base.
It is unacceptable for your game to become so commercialized and unfair towards its players. I request that you investigate this issue and take steps to fix this unjust system. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to file complaints on relevant platforms and bring this matter to the attention of consumer protection authorities.
Sincerely,
A player of 13 years game nick ceva200
They are running an illegal casino…
They are running an illegal casino selling loot boxes. If you play their games, prepare to be ripped off, cheated and lied to all the time.
No response to ticket, after account becoming unusable via Steam.
When my accounts from different regions were consolidated per WG's recommendation, my Steam account was unlinked. I have not received a response to my ticket about this for over 2 days.
Console world of tanks 2025 rampant…
Console world of tanks 2025 rampant cheating of teams throwing the game.
Always the same result white washed or annihilated. Enemy teams only losing three tanks.
Players spamming premium ammo with zero standard ammo from the start of the game.
Wargaming trashing the game adding toxic tanks that should not be in WWII.
Seems like the tanks I own have been nurfed 50% of power they should have, not a single round penertraded enemy tanks all day is this a ploy by wargaming to get you to buy premium ammo all the time, well if this is the new tactic then you can shove the game where the sun doesn’t shine.
Match making at every level sucks
Wargaming.net
Wargaming.net has faced extensive criticism over the years from its gaming community and industry experts, solidifying its reputation as an unreliable, uncreative, and user-unfriendly company. Here's a summary of the most common complaints:
Lack of Innovation
While Wargaming.net initially found success with titles like World of Tanks, many believe the company has stagnated. Its games heavily rely on repetitive mechanics without introducing fresh ideas or meaningful innovations, making it clear that the company prioritizes maintaining the status quo over pushing creative boundaries.
Aggressive Monetization Model
Wargaming.net's monetization practices have been widely condemned. Its games often lean toward a "pay-to-win" model, where players who spend money enjoy significant advantages over those who don't. This approach has alienated many users, fostering the perception that profits take precedence over the gaming experience.
Disregard for Users
The company has consistently shown a lack of interest in listening to its community. Updates frequently introduce unpopular changes, ignoring player feedback. Additionally, customer support has been criticized for being slow, ineffective, and offering generic responses that fail to address real issues.
Unbalanced Gameplay
Many players have expressed frustration with the imbalance in games like World of Tanks. Certain vehicles or mechanics are overpowered, creating a frustrating experience. Instead of addressing these issues promptly, the company seems more focused on rolling out monetized content.
Neglect of Game Maintenance
Server instability, recurring bugs, and poor optimization are common complaints. These issues suggest a lack of commitment to providing a high-quality experience for existing players, as the company seems more invested in launching lucrative new content.
Unethical Practices
Wargaming.net has been accused of using deceptive promotional events designed to pressure players into spending money for meaningful rewards. Furthermore, reports from former employees point to a toxic workplace environment, further tarnishing the company's image.
Conclusion
Wargaming.net has garnered a negative reputation due to its lack of innovation, aggressive monetization, and disregard for its community. Unless the company makes significant changes to its policies and practices, it is unlikely to regain the trust of its players. For now, many users are opting for alternatives that provide a fairer, more balanced gaming experience.
You’ve made this game completely…
You’ve made this game completely unplayable with your latest update which included tank T249… what was going through your heads when you let that actually make it to the game… you’re ruining what was a fun semi-realistic game… DO BETTER
This was a good game
This was a good game. Then aircraft carriers showed up. They can now can delete destroyers in one fell swoop. Not exactly the WWII era that this game used to be. So sad.
12 years of ruining ... so sad.
Its been 12 years since I created an account with Wargaming.net and I have watched them take excellent combat simulations and ruin then by turning them into arcade bull-crap. This is inclusive of Tanks, Ships & Planes. Such a disappointment to see the mess that these games have become. Not a surprise to see people giving 2 thumbs down for reviews and warn players to say away. It is fixable but WG.N doesn't seem to care, they just keep trying to monetize the game not correct and improve it.
terrible support
by far, the worst. closes tickets when they aren't resolved. tards don't read the information you provide them. it's almost like you are getting responses from tard bots. maybe you are.
STAY AWAY
Would give another - if i could. Worse customer service by far. Makes 3rd world customer service seem gold class. They are most unhelpful , don't care and there is no grievance avenue to lay any complaints against them . If you do it on the portal , they reply with a laugh and close the ticket
Don't waste your money on this game
Don't waste your money on this game, appalling customer support and just interested in money and how they can rip your off.
Never got back to me after i posted my…never got back
Never got back to me after i posted my issue on FB, twitter sent messages to all community managers and made a ticket... Worst support ever
If i could give minus stars i would…
If i could give minus stars i would have done that.
Insane how sick this game is and how sick people working at this sick company are.
One day you have a decent winrate and the other day you cant win anything.
It is impossible to get over 48% winrate without paying for the game.
Why make it free to play?
Because they hope you get so frustrated off loosing that you will spend money on the game....THAT WIL NEVER HAPPEN....I WOULD NEVER SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT MANIPULATES PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND WHO SUPPORT PUTINS WAR......hope that sick buisness gets shut down some lovely day!!!!!
