In my experience

In my experience, this game feels deeply unfair. The matchmaking is frustrating, and it often seems like the focus is more on monetization than on creating a balanced, skill-based experience. Spending money appears to give players advantages, which makes battles feel less competitive and more pay-to-win.

What makes it worse is the growing sense that player feedback is ignored or punished. General chat was removed, and now it feels like even negative opinions are unwelcome. Instead of listening to the community, Wargaming seems more interested in controlling criticism than improving the game.

Overall, the experience feels rigged, untrustworthy, and disrespectful to long-term players. It’s one poor decision after another, and the game has lost much of what made it enjoyable. I would not recommend it, and if there were an option lower than one star, that’s what I would give.

100% intended/approved rigging

100% intended/approved rigging
Wargaming is a company that allows game modifications.
They provide and sell the cheats themselves.
There are 1000's of games a day where teams wipe their opponents in just minutes and -none- of these winning teams suffer -any- damage.
Wargaming is a 100% dirty company with Russian connections. It should be blocked by the EU and US 100% for sure.
You and/or your kids buy more in-game currency, heavier tanks, etc. just to get blown away and fund Poetin's war.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. Ignored when asking about orders. Had to resort to using discord to get any kind of response to then be ignored again. Have had to put in a charge back claim with my bank as they refuse to send the item or refund. Beware they also have a second website called Composite games

Beware of your payment account

Beware of your payment account
After having bought some in-game monetary items in World of Tanks, my payment provider warned 3 times that someone rogue tried to access my payment account within 5 minutes. This can only be because I used it at the World of Tanks website.
WarGaming has people amongst them that try to rip you off by trying to use your method of payment credentials again immediately.
WarGaming isn't the most trustworthy company. Let this be a warning to all of you: use a safe way for paying in-game items at the WarGaming group!

Rigged game

Rigged, pay to win game
This game is 100% rigged by it's creators.
It has really nothing to do with experience or skills. 100% hits of an enemy often does 0,0 damage while a member in the enemy team can 1-shot you while you are fully covered behind a building or a large rock.
This only changes if you pay and ('surprise') the Premium version is 95% cheaper for users from the far European East.
Wargaming is a criminal company. 'Western' money goes to the 'Putin Charity fund'.

Very poor experience over all

Very poor experience over all. Initially quick communication when I tried to verify stock before ordering. Once I ordered, they disappeared. Was told it was getting shipped the next day, didn't happen, had to chase them for a week and find a phone number for an associated company to get through to anyone since their phone number doesn't work. Finally got the item sent out, turned up today, and it's the completely wrong item, an item that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere.

They've changed their name, but not their behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: Going to increase this slightly. Despite slow communication, they are now issuing a refund for the wrongly sent one.

There seems to be good intentions here, but good intentions alone doesn't make for a great customer experience.
