Vicky and Pou from Whanganui Warehouse stationary go above and beyond for their customers, they are always so polite and helpful. Pou is happy to help out with any purchase and kindly offers answers or finds information for any questions about products.
I can see he prides himself on his customer service.

I used a gift card here for the first time. Let's say my item was $16. The guy was reluctant to serve me as he was shifting stock about. He did my transaction and told me that I had $16 left on the card. This card was meant to have $200 on it. He was adamant that 16 was all there was. No, he couldn't look and find the balance. He sent me to the nonexistent help desk in the Warehouse. The girl on the counter said I would have to ask the gifter how much was put on the card. No she couldn't help. Another much more obliging person took some time and phoned the gift card office and the total of $184 was established after much argy-bargy. While doing this the manager reprimanded the woman helping me off for not doing her shelf stocking task and told her to get on with it. He should have been commending her for doing great customer service. No wonder Warehouse group is not doing well if this is par for the course. I went up to the manager before I left and told him he owed the woman an apology. I doubt very much that she will get one.

Do not go to this place especially for a printer. Ive spent hundreds there and bought an HP printer recently that was a faulty product. I spoke to two managers who refused and said they had more rights than me then didn't fix the printer and told me to come pick it back up with faults. I left the paperwork problems with it as it was only printing half pages. Will not be ever buying anything from them again, they even tried to say because its a printer no refund. Its against the consumers act. I was even told by one of thier staff members not to buy most of thier printers, as he said they were not good products. Thier customer service is the lowest service I have ever had and I deal with many.

We went in to get two old photos copied, an $11 sale. After receiving the copies another staff member offered to trim the photos so that they were the same size. He took a lot of time making sure they were perfect, even though he was also serving another customer who was waiting for her printing job. We were really impressed with the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I visited the Warehouse Whanganui tonight in search of a laptop cable, and while unfortunately the specific cable wasn't in stock, I was once again impressed by the exceptional customer service at this branch. I've had helpful experiences here before, with staff even going to great lengths to check stock on higher shelves.

This time, a staff member named Poe truly stood out. Despite not having the cable I needed, Poe was incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of his way to try and assist me. His helpfulness was a breath of fresh air, and it made a lasting positive impression.

While I didn't find my laptop cable tonight, Poe's outstanding service has definitely ensured I will be returning to Warehouse Whanganui to purchase my HDMI cable. Thank you, Poe, for your excellent support!

Every time I do a click and collect,my address will not be accepted,it’s ridiculous as I know where I live and I can’t complete my order because of this .I have tried ringing WH stationary several times but no answer ,all so annoying.

$#% USELESS WASTED my time and my money trying to get things done with staff members that don't help ...When to print some pictures of my phone two of 4 computers don't work my SD card wasn't able to be read by the machine because the machines broken and doesn't pick up SD cards, there was only one person there in the other staff member tried to shift the blame to the other staff member and not one person came for when I said the computers are broken and I said it quite loudly there were two staff members one big white male man walking around but they did nothing..IGNORANCE.

Been 2 and half weeks, no response from Warehouse Stationery, only half the print job received, absolutely atrocious.

Wouldn’t really bother to come to the warehouse stationary in manukau . Been standing in line for 20 minutes now , workers standing around , one guy is just wiping the receipt machine whilst we are queued to be served . Other customers are requesting for help on the printing station and workers are just casually walking past . Service is shocking

Westgate Warehouse Stationary is where I returned my printer still on warranty and told it would be a week to repair. Three weeks later I'm still waiting with every ph call just a lame excuse from them. How is it my fault their service people haven't got the parts and they can't find them, meanwhile I'm out of pocket for printing. I would NEVER trust them with a big purchase ever.

Please tell me why my email to customer service is being ignored now my my item is outside of 7 day return waiting waster 220 on piece of crap that u will now only send away leaving me with no phone and possible charge if they say nothing is wrong even though I have evidence in screenshot.
Camera doesn't take picture half the time u press button takes 4 hours to charge and battery goes down fast and lags opening apps

Today I visited Rangiora Stationary Warehouse.

I cannot find enough words to express how amazing, brilliant, stand out customer service AMANDA provide.

I was struggling trying to put a booklet together. We have both tried to put this together and she had so much respect and patient while she was doing her job.

I wish all customer services deal with all customers the way she dealt with me.

Honestly she deserves RECOGNITION and an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD.

If I were to visit Rangiora everyday, I will bring a gift for her as she is an absolute STAR.

The other staff were also amazing 😍.

I went into warehouse stationary at the base and wanted to print some photos off.I asked for help but the girl just ignored me I sat at the machine and then decided to leave.I will not go back there I came home and went online and got my photos done by Harvey Norman so thanks for that.

I visited the Queenstown store twice today. First visit I met Neero, she was rude, stared at me blankly like no one was home and then refused loudly to help me without a receipt. I also needed printing done and had to explain what I wanted 4 times before she understood.
I went away for two hours and returned and met Nic, same request as before. He was polite, very helpful, informative and friendly. Great service from Nic terrible service from Neero.

I ordered photos online to be developed. The quality is very poor. The photos were all blurry. I have had them reprinted at the local photo shop with a much better quality finish. Wouldn't develop photos through their system.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite a few months. The female staff in New Plymouth Warehouse Stationery are lovely, very helpful, efficient and friendly. However, the sullen, unfriendly, very matter of fact, personality and warmth deficit manager is terrible. I don’t know how he has stayed in that role for so long. I guess you can’t train a person to be friendly and warm. A shame as he is working in customer service. Try a bit harder and learn from your female staff! I try to avoid him now.

First time user and unsuccessful at printing photos at Blenheim Rd, Riccarton branch today.
Staff member Shavaughn took over and willingly did the job with step by step direction as she did this.
All done in a patient, friendly and smiling manner. Full credit to Shavaughn for outstanding customer care skills.

Worst experience ever. Waited 10min in a line to be told to go to the line next to that one, waiting 10 more minutes and when we got to the front being told the person that needs to help us just went on a break to wait for another 20min. No wonder the Warehouse is going under if this is your customer service!

We went to the Silverdale stationary warehouse, inside the Warehouse, and they were really great! Really friendly and helpful! After some miserable visits to the Albany branch I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be going there again!
