They support BLM & Antifa

They support BLM & Antifa. They solicit this in my BILL helping BLM from Bradford Exchange. Customer service is a joke. The MANAGER said “if you don’t like what we put in your bill just throw it away, we support many of their organizations “ instead of addressing the issue at hand. I paid them off in full and will NEVER DO business with them again. ALL LIVES MATTER.
Montgomery Ward also sells bedsheets that have BLOOD 🩸 on them, refuse to take them back. Bedsheets from China left us rashes. They were not sewn correctly -Montgomery Wards says it’s past 30 days you HAVE to keep them. 🤢
Selling products with bodily fluids on it from CHINA? 🤮 I rest my case. They promote BLM , Antifa, other Hate groups... this was told to me by their MANAGER. I can’t make this crap 💩 up.
Wait till other folks get their bills this month. Wards must want to insight riots and keep the hate going.
Nasty products Nasty customer service. Nasty Hateful Managers.
They certainly don’t care about your opinion or you. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Buyer beware

Ordered a bath rug set which came with…

Ordered a bath rug set which came with 2 rugs and a toilet rug. What I received was unacceptable!!! The rug for the toilet and the larger rug was clearly used. The smaller one looked brand new but the other two were definitely not. The fibers were worn and looked frayed along with looking like they had been washed. I would have maybe thought it was my eyes or from shipping but then my cats went crazy sniffing it like they were smelling unfamiliar smells. They only did it to the two rugs that looked used. I called and they claim they are going to make it right. Still unacceptable in my books. You don't ship out used merchandise for a new price. They thought they were gonna get away with it I'm sure. Most likely won't buy from them again...VERY UNHAPPY!!

Credit taken away for no reason

Montgomery Ward gave me a $1425 credit limit. Today I tried to order, and they said my Wards Credit has expired. Expired? I don’t have an expiration date. Well, not everyone’s credit expires. What the heck are they saying? Then she tells me they don’t tell their customers there’s an expiration date. Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever. They couldn’t even explain to me why. I’ve had exceptional payment history with them for over 2 years.

Credit Department

Credit Department
Spoke with a someone in the Credit Department. I had questions regarding my account and he was rude. Customer Service is so important when running a business. I asked him about a program they may have regarding the pandemic. He was so rude and disconnected from humanity. I am so disappointed in his demeanor. I am discontinuing my membership.

I'm rating this Montgomery Ward company…

I'm rating this Montgomery Ward company as a whole I purchased three or four necklaces from them and after my wife worn them for a few weeks to months what was suppose to have been 10k or 14k completely faded of the necklace is some different type of metal underneath. Now that I'm layer off work I'm constantly getting these threatening letters and none stop phone calls. I can wait to pay them off and all the credit line they give isn't worth the hassle and head you receive for some fake merchandise. I'm letter anyone out there thats thinking about deal with this company please make them your last choice and never waste your time on that over priced corner store jewelry!

Was going to order a 1 and1half lb tin of cashews for a bday Xmas gift. They wanted $17.98 shipping! Is this a joke! All done with them! Needless to say. Didn't buy them!

Product quality

I ordered the canopy tent it was horrible it was so flimsy that I couldn't get it to stay up at all and I had 2 people help me out then I went and bought a large stake so that would give it more support but that did not work I was never able to put the tent part on so I had to put duct tape over every joint and that still did not work and then the corner where the plastic is broke so I was going to send it back for a refund but I couldn't get the tape off living in Florida I guess it got hot and sticky on there and I had a terrible time trying to get it off so it has been laying out in my shed it was never used for its purpose I sent pictures to them through email because they keep calling me I was going to go ahead and make the payment it was only $10 a month and then I got charged a late fee of another $10 and I paid it but then I was late one day and they wanted to charge me another $10 so I quit paying I'm not going to pay $10 for a month and then pay $10 for one day they call me all the time even though I sent pictures of their product I never got to use it and I needed it for a get-together that I was having to put the food under and that never happened the quality was horrible. Wish I could post pictures

Awful shipping prices and time

It is no wonder montgomery wards has such bad reviews. They have switched shipping carrier to pitney bowes. Absolutely horrible!! It takes in excess of 2 weeks to receive an order. Extremely poor timing, considering the high amount they are charging for shipping. It is unacceptable. I do not recommend purchasing from them, especially if are ordering things for Christmas. More than likely the orders will not make before Christmas! I am not happy with this service!

I was pre-approved for $400 credit line I called and put my order in I was told it be here on 11-19-20 when I check my order status online it said not shipped yet i called thw lady i spoke with said we couldn't pre-approve you we have to have 1/2 down i ask how did it go from one person telling me my order will be here on 11-19 to we need 1/2 down i also asked is this a real company ahe said yes mam y i said then y am i hearing a big dog barking really loud and she just hung up on me

These people are horrible

These people are horrible. They gave me credit for 250 I paid it off then they sent me a catalog for 400 and when I placed an order they would not give me any credit and I have paid with no issues this company suck's and if I were you don't buy from them. They have no honor as far as I am concerned they are liers.

LESS than one frigging star is what you…

LESS than one frigging star is what you deserve. I paid much more than the $25 required. $100 - 200 at a time. Then Covid almost got me, a payment was late (?), you complain to the credit bureau, knocked my credit score a little too low to get my house. I get HOT, use your ignorant worker to screw up entering my routing & bank account in, resulting in non payment. You don't INFORM me of the problem until TWO-months later. I DON'T even want to talk to ANY of you crooks. You're NOT getting anymore business HERE.

I sincerely wished I had read these…

I sincerely wished I had read these reviews before I placed my Christmas order for my Grandkids. I was double billed and just realized that I paid $52.00 for tax, and shipping and handling on a $197.00 purchase. I spoke to a representative who assured me my $249.78 would be refunded in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago.
The reason I ordered from this company was they once (back in the day) were an upright and trustworthy institution.
I don't know what happened, but, I will not be recommending this company AND their catalog will be immediately thrown in the trash!!!

The Opening of Fraudulent Accounts allowed by Montgomery Ward Drama

For the second time Montgomery Ward has allowed someone to open a fraudulent account with my name and address. I found out when a bill was sent to me.The first time I went through all the protocols with reporting this fraud to the credit bureaus, calling Montgomery Ward numerous times—putting in fraud alerts, etc., however, they are STILL allowing this criminal activity to happen.

I will be so happy to get this account…

I will be so happy to get this account paid for. They are the most unprofessional and rudest customer service ever. I'm never late. In August customer service was suppose to delete my old one and add a new card. I give them my new debit card #. For the last 2 months I thought I was making a payment online with it being rejected due to customer service. Now I've been charged an extra 10.00 late fee. I will never do business with this or ginny's again. Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is past unprofessional and rude, they have no regards to their customer feelings and will refer to you as other races and sexes, which bottomline is RACISM at it's finest!!! They will take money out of unauthorized accounts sad to say and will demand that they are in the right. I was told to wait 3 to 5 business day for the theft refund and now being told another 2 weeks for a check refund. Unacceptable and refuse to do business with a company that should've closed in the 80's when the stores did. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!

Available credit line that you can't use.

I go into my account which I have not used in a year and it shows that I have available $1,300. I order a laptop for my granddaughter and I get an email that I need to make a payment for half of the order, which was almost $500. If I had the $500, I would have purchased the laptop that would have saved me money since you end up paying about 50% more than other retail stores. I called the customer service line and I do have to say that the representative that I spoke to was very polite and cancelled my order immediately when I told her that I did not have the $500. She explained that I did not have the credit history with them to allow them to release the purchased if the laptop. Why in the hell, do you tell someone that you have a line of credit that you cannot use. I will never use them again!!

I've have been a loyal customer since…

I've have been a loyal customer since 2013 and never missed a payment. Just placed an order and was denied the order because of my credit. Really, if you felt that way you should not have given me any credit in the first place. I told the representative that I am going to pay my account in full and will never order anything else from them. It is not like their products are state of the art.

I decided to give them a try

I decided to give them a try. We ordered a pot and pan set and it wasn't a low price, so we hoped for decent quality, but I have gotten nicer stuff from the Dollar Store! We returned it and they're still trying to charge me for shipping! Super pissed off!
