The wardrobe is lovely, very well made, sturdy and looks great

The service provided by the recommended assembly company was horrendous. DO NOT pay for this service, the original assembly left a lot to be desired and when the same person came to rectify the number of issues he’d originally left he actually swapped a broken drawer around from the middle to the bottom and passed it off as if he’d fixed the drawer. We were told that at least the drawers open and close and so they are fit for purpose which on a brand new bedroom suite isn’t what you’d expect to hear. We finally accepted a small reparation fee as both the company & assembly firm weren’t budging with their stance. We definitely won’t be using this company again!!!

So impressed with the thorough service from start to finish. Well worth paying the extra for the wardrobe to be built if you can; the expertise, care and consideration of the person sent to do this was exceptional. Thank you.

Beautiful wardrobe. Instructions a little poor. However; the videos were a great help and so we had no problems assembling. would happily buy again.

The wardrobes are really good, just like the picture. I got the assembly service they offer and it was really easy and straightforward. I would recommend for sure.

Quality of sliding wardrobe is is non existence. Have two drawer units one of which does not even fully open due to sliding door preventing the drawer unit from opening. Think twice before ordering from hear..
I was told someone would be in contact on Monday 9/9 after your reply to this review to resolve issue. Now it's 11/09 and still no answer from anyone?

Brought 2 wardrobes for my kids room from this company at £699 each thinking that it would be better than Ikea quality but man I was wrong. Not only was it the cheapest quality, it was so hard to put together. Have had it about 6 months now and drawers are coming apart and the cupboard doors are frayed. I am so upset with this that I felt I had to come and pre warn anyone who tries to buy from this lot. Seriously wish I had just stuck to my guns and had gone to ikea. This is definitely unacceptable, not only is it expensive it sooooooo rubbish in quality.

After a prompt delivery by a helpfull delivery driver the furniture was erected, very happy with my purchase, looks very nice and the quality seems very good. My only problem was 4 screws missing to fit top shelf, hopefully they are on there way to me.

So as my last review got deleted! All I’m going to say now is 13 weeks from ordering, I have had a damaged wardrobe sitting in about 50 pieces in my bedroom for months, and this company doesn’t want to rectify the issue. I’m now having to go through the process of trying to get my money back through my bank and getting help from trading standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The wardrobe looks very nice and everything seems to fit together well. I was surprised that the company in charge of assembling it only sent one person and it took him 7 hours but he was vey pleasant and seemed happy to do the job. The wardrobe itself is as described and expected.

Easy enough to assemble and looks really nice once in situ. Only found the instructions after opening every box, it would be useful to mark the box which has the instructions in.

We ordered the Petra sliding door wardrobe for our son's bedroom, along with 2 small drawer units, one to go inside the robe, the other as a bedside table. Communication between us and your company has been great at all times with the items arriving early but plenty of notification. These are very heavy doors and panels so i would recommend either using the assembly service or making sure theres a couple of people able to lift/drag very heavy weights.
The furniture is good quality but took quite a bit of assembling over 2 days with 3 people on hand at times to support the panels so be prepared. It looks great now its in place and plenty of space. The only negative is the drawers dont exactly match the robe but are close in colour. I would definitely use this company again.

The communication from Wardrobe direct and the fitters was wonderful, a convenient date for the fitters was made.
The wardrobe is sturdy, looks great, we are very pleased with it.
However, it took the fitter 8 hours to assemble it, my husband had to help the last 2 hours.
This is a 2 man job, I wouldn’t dream of not having a professional fitter to assemble it. Each piece is very heavy and it’s complex, time consuming task.

Avoid at all costs!!!

I have reported this company to trading standards, it's the worst company to purchase from! Terrible communication, empty promises and the most importantly NO WARDROBE. I purchased a wardrobe back in June and I've been fobbed off constantly, finally thought I was getting somewhere when my delivery was confirmed for 10am-7pm and they never showed up, no message or phone call to say they couldn't deliver. I've tried all numbers for this company and you just get put through to a switch board saying the company isn't on their database.... so protect your money and go elsewhere!

The finished product is good but building it was a nightmare and it took a very long time and a lot of help from a neighbour and family. A three man job 🥵

Well made and really sturdy. Clothes rail too high for normal reach - so holes redrilled. Needs more pre drilled holes to easy adjust height of rail. Drawers fit smoothly. Overall a good quality product 👌 ✨️
