Good product, very good price. Well made and matched existing wardrobes. Did have problem getting the correct delivery day, but this did get resolved and delivered when said and messages before.

TERRIBLE QUALITY

TERRIBLE QUALITY, BAD INSTRUCTIONS!! We were not expecting an amazing quality at that price but all unexposed parts and sides are sub-standard materials, which break easily when being constructed. The chipboard is very brittle!! The sliding doors have dropped immediately after being built. The instructions are a Joke!! None of the parts were labelled, we had to work them out!! Company does not exist that address is shown and you can't even call them, there is no any assistance!! Don't waste money! Consider investing a few pounds more for a better quality! We regret the purchase!

Wardrobe looks excellent and way bigger…

Wardrobe looks excellent and way bigger than I thought it would be given that I purchased the 1500mm wardrobe. Only downside was the lack of numbers on the separate parts as per the instruction manual. This meant that it took us longer to assemble as had to work out what part was what. Overall solid wardrobe and looks great.

Happy Christmas

Despite me initially baulking at the cost of delivery, assembly and having it carried up to my flat, I have to say that we are delighted with the product and service. Getting it delivered and installed before Christmas, despite having to turn down a delivery slot in early December, has been a wonderful bonus. The installer/driver did an excellent job and just got on with it - for nearly 3 hours. Very happy indeed.

Wardrobe is great although rail side…

Wardrobe is great although rail side does not accommodate hangers at right angles. Sliding doors bit sticky but it looks great and matches our existing ones very well.
Originally told deliveries would be Mond- Fri which was good for me and then turned out that I had to be in and up early on a Saturday.

Delivery let the company down.

The bedroom wardrobe is great it is my second one of this kind.
The guy who assembled it was very good and precise.
What let you down was this fee for carrying the flat packed boxes up 12 stairs in my small house. I was working away and my wife rang me to say that they wanted £20 'CASH' to carry them up the stairs.
It is a bedroom wardrobe where do you think it is going to go.
I told my wife to pay with a card and get a VAT receipt.
Of course this didn't happen and the huge boxes sat in the hallway for ten days until the assembly guy could come. When the guy came to assemble it I still had to pay £25 for him to take the bits upstairs.
I am sorry but this wasn't a £175 IKEA Wardrobe. It was nearly a thousand pounds, I can't believe that your guys couldn't just carry it up a small flight of stairs in our little terraced house. NOT GOOD!

Thank you for your feedback and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused during our follow up assembly process.

With the challenges of logistics and locality, we currently have two options for assembly. One being at the time of delivery where we take your furniture into the room of choice and assemble on the same day of delivery all inclusive of the price and secondly, in your case, a follow up assembly for areas we don't unfortunately cover at present for same day assembly in which case the process is split in two parts, delivery first, followed up by a third party assembly service provider.

As your order included a follow up assembly service it was delivered first and then assembled later. In these circumstances the delivery company only deliver to the ground floor and then the assembly team follow up to assemble your furniture within 7-10 days.

We send out emails to all our customers at time of processing the order explaining our the exact process to follow that are relevant to the order and in your case, we requested for the boxes to be taken inside the room when our assembly team arrive. Alternatively they can assist with an extra charge as it was in your case because they need to factor in the insurance liability and the extra time to be allocated for the assembly team who are paid by the hour and efforts involved.

We value your feedback and we are working hard on providing a single integrated solution to offer the same experience to all our customers nationwide that require a smooth and hassle-free assembly service.

Six month and waiting - Part 3

It turns out that I must pay £75 for a new contractor to view the wardrobe. That was their final offer. No ifs no buts, take it or leave it. I queried why I should have to pay, and was told, them's the terms or we close the case. 'Thank you for your understanding' And that was that! I don't think I've acted unreasonably. I provided WD with plenty of photographic evidence the wardrobe was faulty and/or poorly assembled. With the manufacturer also unwilling to accept responsibility, their policy of making the customer pay £75 for a 2nd opinion has worked. I'm sure I won't be the last to experience this form of customer service, and hope it acts as a salutary lesson for anyone else who's purchase isn't what they expected or deserved!

Bedroom Furniture

Brilliant service.Ordered bedroom set. Delivered within a week by 2 lovely delivery men who carried upstairs for us. Paid for assembley and that was done a week later. Assembler were polite, quiet and even took their shoes off! Would definitely recommend

Need to respond to emails quicker let the customer know what's happening

Very poor after care have sent numerous emails had 1 reply have sent photos of the broken plastic handle which broke the same day was fitted, the cushioned strip on side of sliding doors is coming of, very flimsy back panel, the wardrobe looks the part but poor quality.i stick by my review but since writing it I had an apology for the company not getting back to me regarding my problems,they have now been sorted the guys came out and replaced and mended my issues ,
