Love the customer service, love how quick and responsive they are at handling any questions or concerns I have, and I especially love the stylist that’s been working with me. I’ve tried another subscription brand and they just wouldn’t listen to my requests or not read what I wanted, was looking for or was trying to avoid. My stylist gets it every time.

Wantable is SOOOO much fun! Too bad it is pretty expensive, at least compared to what I'm used to paying for clothes... The prices aren't unreasonable for the quality of the clothing, it's just that I can't afford to get a box from them as often as I'd like, because I end up being tempted to spend TOOO much money, as the clothes are GORGEOUS and a cut above quality-wise! The customer service is absolutely FABULOUS if you need to exchange or return anything. The only thing I wish were different is that they gave you the option to exchange an item from the box not just for a different size, but also for a different color. And another small bummer is that twice I've gotten an item that I loved but was the wrong size, but when I went to exchange it, a different size wasn't available. If I had much more disposable income, I'd get a box from them every week, it is so fun to get it and see what they have styled for you!

Start to finish, the process was clear, the selections were perfect (almost too perfect), and finalizing my cart was also quick and easy.

I love Wantable. Price , size and selection...my choice . Don't want it or don't like it ? That's ok. It's free shipping both ways. They make looking great easy and returns are even easier . Also a HUGE selling point for me is Wantable customer service. They are kind and helpful and never in a hurry. Everyone wants you to have a great experience. Two thumbs up and five stars .😍

I like the variety of clothing offering and the service team is very responsive

The clothes I received were a great mix of things I requested and/or fit in the pocket of my descriptions of what I like, and a couple of things that nudged me out of my comfort zone.

The quality of the clothes - fabrics, construction, fit - has increased since I last ordered a few years ago (of course, so has the price, but I don’t mind being presented with something I would usually rule out because of cost alone and then decide if I want it based on all decision factors).

I exchanged a few things and that went super fast. I think I had new sizes in hand just about five days after initial order arrived.

Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend. For me, I will use as a seasonal refresher when I can spend a bit more than usual and need inspiration.

Really personalized experience. All of my requests were acknowledged by the stylists and my selections were spot on.

Super fun to get things you wouldn’t normally try! Little more expensive then I would normally pay for things, but having some good quality things once in a while is nice!

Love the options and how easy it is to receive items I have requested. I do wish that you could swap an item with a different color rather than just a size exchange.

I felt like the stylist didn’t read what I wanted, but after trying on what was sent, I ended up purchasing everything. The jeans and pants fit me like a glove. I didn’t mind paying the extra money. It is hard to find things that fit me.
