Update on 10/11: Merchant has politely acknowledged their error and has offered to make full remuneration. I no longer have any beef with them.

The selection of clothes are high quality and just my style.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. CHEATERS. Made unauthorized transaction of $700+ when I returned all items. Didn't respond to all my emails. Refused to refund me, so I had to create a charge dispute through my card company - thank goodness for AMEX.

I wasn't happy with their new
discount structure but then
they sent a text to me with a special percent off like their old discounts. I decided to give them another chance and I'm glad I did. The box was great and I kept 7 of the 9 items. I do feel with each box they are getting better styling me. I will order again if they keep offering the good deals.

I cancelled my subscription on October 6,2025 and as of today October 25, 2025 I have received close to 10+ emails from their support email that I need to be patient, my request has been escalated to a supervisor and their billing team and that I will receive an email when my refund has been resolved. This is crazy for a company to take this long to complete a refund. They took my money right away, I obliged by their requirements and cancelled my subscription within the time frame and yet 3 weeks later nothing?? I urge any one thinking about doing business with this company to think long before signing up because if you do not like the product you will have a hard time cancelling and getting your money back.
Yes I realize my subscription was cancelled on October 6, 2025 because I requested this myself on your website. HOWEVER, I have yet to receive my refund that was promised to me now over 3+ weeks ago. So you have not taken care of my request at all. I asked for a refund as I cancelled my subscription the next day after receiving it realizing this was not for me. Your agent Rebecca assured me in over 10 emails that I needed to be patient and that my refund request was being moved up the chain as a priority yet all this time later and you have yet to refund my money. Please refund my $74.00 immediately as I cancelled well within the timeline to do so.

They send some cute clothes. However, the clothes aren’t the highest quality, but they sure are expensive. I actually just had an issue where I completed my checkout and set up a date for my return items to be picked up. I alerted the team of this, but they STILL billed me as if I kept every item, charging me $700 when I actually only met 1 thing. It took about a week for someone to finally confirm my return was received and that I’d truly be refunded. I should have NEVER been billed inaccurately in the first place. I highly doubt I’ll use Wantable again because of this.

Better quality from Wantable than other similar mail order products. I love the fit. & lasting quality.
My issue so far with this company is their customer service. Either they are using AI to filter and respond to complaints that are not being sent anywhere to actually be resolved or they are incompetent. I contacted their customer service regarding an item that had a button fall off on the first time wearing it. I received a response fairly quickly that this was not the quality that should have been expected and that my complaint was being escalated in the team to be resolve. A week later I hadn't heard back and responded to the previous email three times over the course of the week to check in on the issue with no response from Wantable. Two weeks after the initial complaint I submitted another request and received another quick response saying that the lack of response was an error on their end and that again this was being escalated and I would be contacted soon to resolve this issue. Two days later and I am still waiting to be contacted. With how expensive their items are having a button fall off immediately is unacceptable but their lack of effort to resolve this issue is ridiculous.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Please do not buy any of the cozytober boxes. I tried the sleep box. Clothes are spendy, but really liked one set and some socks that matched. And with any piece you were to buy you got to keep a free item which was a blanket in this case. After a couple of days, I packed up the other items and sent back in a white bag, but I paid for my pieces right away and all of a sudden I get almost $300 taken out of my account. I have wrote them emails a few times it always says that they will get back to me, but they have not. The other items were sent back and I should not have been charged. There was a pair of slippers two pajama sets and two packs of underwear. I clearly remember this because I had to select the items I was returning. Please be aware that they charge you anyway for the whole set they send. And it’s not just a few dollars these clothes are very expensive.

Canceled my order after I waited and it said ready for shipping. The email said I canceled, I emailed got a response with nobody knowing what happened. Said someone would get right back to me. Nope!!! Said the $20 styling fee was free, nope. Charged.

The first two months were great — products good quality, items were my style. Then, as I had originally feared would happen, I got charged for an item I returned. I reached out right away and received an auto response that they were backlogged and would get to it. Still nothing in reply to my original email or follow up email. When I cancelled my plan, I mentioned this as the reason and an agent began an inquiry for me, which was also never responded to by the company. It has been over 10 days since my original email and no one has reached out.
I’m out $69 for a shirt I didn’t even keep and cannot recommend this company to anyone. Even if they refunded it, the customer service is poor.

I do not recommend buying this box. It’s a waste of time to deal with returns, and it’s not worth paying for so-called “style.” The reviews seem fake ;the clothes are of poor quality, so the people writing them don’t understand what quality is.
The sweet message on the box is friendly, but the clothing inside is not stylish at all. If they charge for “styling,” why not actually provide outfits that fit the season, or at least share pictures and combinations before sending? Instead, they just throw in whatever they want to sell, and the pricing is outrageous, almost $900 for clothes that look like they’re meant for an 80-year-old. Nothing casual or wearable for my lifestyle.
It honestly felt like the stylist was out of touch when choosing these pieces. Even a 12-year-old would see how ridiculous the selection was. I returned everything except one item, which I asked to exchange, but I never heard back. Very disappointing experience.

I Purchased their fall box last year. Almost $400.00 for a coat and a pair of jeans. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service at the time was very sweet and offered to do a payment plan that was affordable and reasonable and I thought it was a great company... that was until April of this year, 2025, I had my identity completely stolen. This person got into my mortgage, my bank account, and even threaten to rape me. I had to change my bank account, my phone numbers, everything because of this man. I was focused on making sure we had a roof over my family's head and forgot to change my card information on this fall box. Even though I had every payment on time besides April... this company sent me to collections even with the knowledge of my identity being completely stolen and my life threatened. I had proof of everything with a police report and new card number. I asked them to please just take it out of collections since this situation wasnt on purpose it was something done to me and they wouldnt make any exceptions. They were cold, and heartless and could have cared less. I hope everyone sees this company for what it is and supports another business with an actually heart. Not a company who charges Absolutely ridiculous prices for not great clothes and who will do nothing for someone whos life basically gets stolen from them.
