No star, total scam and loss of money
I would give no star if possible.
I bought a pair of shoes, according to the advertisement on the site. Unfortunately, the pair we received was made of plastic, of very poor quality and only the colors were similar to the specifications of the product on the site. The product was literally wrapped in a torn plastic zip-lock bag and then in the delivery bag.
I got no fiscal invoice, even if I explicitly asked them to send it to me. The company has no real phone number or address on the package or on the website, only an email address.
To return it, I sent them an email every two days and the only reply I got was that they sent the request tot the post-sale department. No relevant answer till the 14 days due to the return passed.
It is a total scam.
I admit I didn't pay enough attention when I ordered the so-called shoes - there are plenty of red-flags on the website, but this doesn't justify what they do, so be careful and avoid Wannti at all costs - it is a total loss of money.
