If I could give o stars I would. I bought a fountain from manomano M240672652976. It cost 1558.90€. Showed as delivered 28 March but only got it today. Sent email to manomano which got directed to Wanda Collection who were the supplier. They have been dealing with the delivery since. One driver arrived today and dropped it outside my house on a pallet. I cannot move it. It was not advertised as being heavy, in fact, there was no mention of weight. I expected it to be unpacked and installed. Contacted Wanda customer service. What a waste of time. Such poor service. Their replies “ Hello
our delivery services include a deposit on the property limit.This means that the driver will leave your fountain at the entrance of your house.” After I replied to say they had not advised of this when I ordered I got the following response “ Good afternoon,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I take note of your comment to improve our product sheets.
We have not received any message from you about product information where we could have been more available to you: We are sorry for that because the satisfaction of our customers is the priority.
The product has been delivered compliant and as part of a withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of customer.
