Company claims to have tried to deliver (once) but failed (not sure what that means as I left clear instructions - I am not convinced they tried to deliver) - now they say I have to pick it up but don't give the address of the pick up point !! Tracking number WNBAA0366738922YQ. Really poor customer service - I wil be asking for a refund if no response.

I’ve had good experiences with this company up until now ;( I really needed my package and I still have hope that I could come before Friday (which is when I need it) but it hasn’t updated for 6 days…I really really need this package the tracking number is WNBAA0369128801YQ….Still has not came today I need I by Friday..Like it’s either it comes tomorrow or Thursday..This is very devastating this package was important…So please reach out I’ve left multiple emails. Please get my package to me. I just wanna know where it is atleast. Thank you.its stuck saying, package arrived which means it’s at the airport it only takes two days to get to its next stop which is Chicago..This is my first time even having a bad experience with you guys which is why I’m sad..

It's been 17 days, since I placed my order and I haven't received any updates apart from the tracking number WNBAA0362933628YQ, and the status saying data received. I'm extremely disappointed by this.

There is no one to speak with, to get the issue resolved, I will discouraging people to use such a service.

I am very disappointed with Wanb Express. I have been trying to get help for days and nobody responds to my problem.

I am reaching out with urgency regarding my package with the tracking number H1022620258400501035. It has been a very long time since the shipment and the tracking status still says that the package has not been received by the carrier (Hermes Germany).

I have already contacted Hermes and they informed me that they have not received the package and that I should get in touch with Wanb Express directly. As of now, there has been no progress or update on the tracking.

Please let me know immediately where my package is and when I can expect delivery. This delay is very frustrating, and I would appreciate your prompt response.

Unfortunately, no one from Wanb Express bothers to reply. This is completely unacceptable. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

My package has been Parcel Arrived at Port status for the past 6 days and my package was supposed to arrive 10 days MAX and it’s been in the same place for 6, today would be the 10TH day and I HIGHLY doubt my package will arrive , my tracking number is WNBAA0364073379YQ.

I would not trust them or any of the business partners. My parcel looked fine until it got to the UK the whoever the use promptly lost it and to cover the claimed they had delivered it to my domestic address at 6AM I don't think so. 1 I was up and about. 2 no one knocked or rang the bell. I purchased a elephant gonk a month ago through Amazon but didn’t realise that this company was to do with Amazon and delivering my parcel been waiting since may for the parcel to come and it still hasent come. I downloaded an app called packages - track your parcels and I found my package but it says 32 days in transit plus Amazon is saying my parcel maybe lost!. Won’t be using this company again!. The elephant gonk was for my girlfriend’s birthday present!.

Giving a one star review for now until I find out if my tracking number is legit or not.. as I can't seem to track it even on their actual website and the reviews on here aren't looking giving me much confidence either.

Ordered product almost 2 months ago & still haven’t received. There are several forms of contact listed, yet not one of them is valid. All emails bounce back as undeliverable & I’ve received zero response anywhere else. Tracking shows absolutely nothing. Nothing has moved or updated. Seems to me that it’s not going to arrive & is nothing but a SCAM & they just made off with my money. Bravo.

They're tracking is inaccurate and they say the items are available for pickup with no pickup location. It's a SCAM. I did get my money back through Amazon.

It's a shame that when you order a product from a company you have no idea how it will be shipped or by whom AND the seller does nothing to rectify an issue, in my case, package never received. I ordered something from a company and received a confirmation from this shipper that the item was delivered but it was not. This shipper even had the nerve to send a picture of the product on a porch, that is not mine, showing an address that is not mine and a mailbox, not mine. To top it off they included a photo of the shipping label, showing my correct contact number. I have contacted them through email multiple times, since Aoril 12th and although i did receive an initial response,l from them and even sent them pictures of my mailbox and house showing the correct address, they have now ghosted me. The seller's only response has been to contact the shipper!

Ordered product through Walmart. No tracking number provided. Received a delivery confirmation notification but nothing was delivered. (Was home and have a doorbell camera). I asked for delivery tracking and was told the order must have been lost. Smells like a scam.
