Love this card it's so useful to pay my bills

I purchased a Walmart money card. They said that they sent me an alert regarding providing my identity, which I didn't get. They said that I can only use my money card in Walmart, but when I use it, my payment gets declined. I have $159.00 On my card, but couldn't use it in the store, that is crazy. Then they tried to say that I had the wrong birthday. I know my birthday. I want to be able to make an online purchase, but they're not letting me. I will never get a Walmart card ever again. Then the agent that talk was rude to me and didn't give me a resolution. Then the manager was no better because she just told me there no resolution for my issues, which is unacceptable.

They put my money on a different card then when I tried to dispute it they wanted a copy of the receipt I send one I call to make sure they got it they wouldn't check said call back in 48 hours and we will let you know waited 48 hours and they had dropped the case because they said they didn't get the receipt I send it agian then I get told to wait another 48 hours to find out if they got it this time and that feels about like a run around to me

So disappointed in how walmart employees are today always got a chip on there shoulders never smile , my husband's been to walmart for 5 years to pay his wills for the last 2 months he's went to pay a light bill and as soon as we got home the bank notified him a transaction from walmart was done its always more then 100 dollars and of course manager's say there's nothing they can do as always walmart is not the same good people working nobody cares anymore you cant get anyone to help you and if you do they have a attitude doing it , its ashame I use to work for walmart so I know to say this is the walmart on loop 323 and 64 I will never again pay my bills there or shop there one more thing even the managers are the rudest people .

I've had my card for a while. I don't even know why you have customer service reps because we can't understand anything they say. Then they have the nerve to tell me they can't give me any info on my own cars when my internet was down. Never again. I don't pul money on here anymore and soon will close it. Not happy at all. Worse customer service ever

$50 Bonus Reward, I haven't received my $50 Bonus despite a payroll of $200 from my company. it's been more than 1 week . Call them they kept lying to me . POOR Customer service. Lying on Bonus reward to attract Client.

Their referral program is extremely disappointing and misleading. I referred 15 friends to their app, yet I only received 3 referral bonuses instead of all 15. Even worse, 12 of the friends I referred did not receive their bonuses either, despite fully meeting the requirements.

According to their own terms, referral rewards should be paid within 48 hours once a qualifying direct deposit of $200 is completed. All of my referred friends successfully received and qualified with the $200 direct deposit, but the rewards were never issued within the promised timeframe or at all. This shows a clear failure to respect their own referral terms and conditions.

The referral reward system simply does not work as advertised, and customer support has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering that the referral program is one of their main promotions.

I have had my walmart MoneyCard for well over 10 years and have absolutely loved their loyalty to the services I needed up unto this past year
I have had several refunds owed me that I never received. Overdraft fees when money was in my account, all types of deceptive charges and either customer service promised to take care of issues and it never happened or its very difficult to clntac

The employees are welcoming and knowledgeable they showed me exactly where to go which made my shopping fast and great.

Me and My kids loves Walmart. We call it Wolly world. They have having u need. The people work there are so helpful and nice. Anytime I need to find something they always helpful.Walmart is the best!
