This review is for the Walmart in Little Egg Harbor. I want to start by commending a few employees. Carlton and Joe in electronics are very good and professional employees. Very helpful. Sandra, the greeter, is very helpful as well.
The last time I was there, there was no one at the customer service desk when there was supposed to be at 7 am. However, this was not her fault as by Walmart policy she was not technically late because Walmart gives their employees a 9 minute leeway to clock in. When she arrived, she was very helpful and took care of probably very quickly so I don't have anything bad to say about her. Just noting the problem that can occur. There were many employees there that probably could have helped me at customer service, but when I asked them for help all they could say was that the young lady wasn't there yet. Customer service issue.
One of the customer's I asked for help, pointed out that he just got to work and didn't know who was supposed to be there. Then he continued to carry on a casual conversation with a friend. Didn't offer to find anyone or anything. I don't remember this employees name so I'm going to have to be politically incorrect and say that he is the heavy set guy that used to work in electronics for years. Now he's in a different department.
The last problem they have there and this is a management issue is that they have about 30 checkout lanes, what seems like a surplus of employees, and they can only manage to keep 7 or 8 lanes open at a time. This creates a lot of delays.
Overall, the store has everything you could need in it, but the service is questionable at times.

I have been a Walmart Plus member for over two years and order groceries online that are delivered to my house. All was great until two weeks ago. Two orders were delayed and then forgotten, and one express order was never fulfilled or delivered. I was forgotten. Today I had an order delayed and I was told there were no drivers but the gal who eventually delivered it said that was a lie and there were a lot of drivers. Teenagers are managing this delivery service now and don't care about customers. Additionally, I was told by one driver that since my orders are 'too small' the drivers don't want to deliver to me! My orders are around 45 dollars every time. I pay 12.99 a month for Walmart Plus and the service is beyond terrible now

Every time I place an order with walmart.com and go back I always have two other transactions on my car fromwalmart.com and each one of them has been over $200. I am sick of walmart.com fraud in my car these people put me in the overdraft every two or three weeks, and now I’m sitting back waiting to try and fall off my account.

Delivery driver stole my groceries
Today I placed an order for 14 items on Walmart.com, to be delivered to my home in Anchorage from the South Anchorage Store. They delivered 4 items and the driver sped away when I tried to ask him where my other items were. I called the local store and they said they could not help me. I believe the driver stole my purchases. I did get a refund from the help center on the website but I do NOT trust Walmart at all.

Otherwise Walmart will say it’s not there dealing pretty much if the seller has a poor review and star score and you get scammed. And as for Walmart.Com online delivery from local stores be careful with your items if making a lager purchase of an item because a Walmart worker and manager told me that once it leaves the location in which you live with a delivery/ driver it’s not there responsibly for my items so I learned that the hard way, When I purchased a $344.93 IPad for my granddaughter it never made it to my residence and I’ve been contacting the local Walmart branch and the driving company and uhhh it’s been quite something no answers back so I guess my loss. Be cautious with online. Have A Good Day!

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A POOL!!!!
I recently purchased a pool on walmart.com for a Intex 20X48 pool which was placed on 5/22, I was giving a delivery date of 6/3, the pool didn't come as promised and I was told to contact the shipping company which I feel I should not have to do, but I contacted the shipping company and they gave me a new delivery date of 6/6 it didn't come, call back got another delivery date of 6/8 it didn't come again, call back on 6/9 and they had an older guy come out that day with the delivery who could not push the pool on a broken hand truck and the delivery guy could not push the pool to my door I had to manually help him which is crazy because I paid for the pool to be delivered and now I have to manually help get the heavy pool off the truck, when I finally open the pool I discovered they sent the wrong pool. I called walmart to try to get a refund now they are telling me I have to go through a third party seller and when I contact the third party seller they are telling me that I have to shrink wrap the box back and put it on a pallet in order for them to initiate a return, the shipping company took the pallet that the pool came on and now the third party seller is telling me I have to get a pallet in order to get the pool returned because it have to be on a pallet in order for them to pick up and when I call walmart they don't want nothing to do with this return and continue to push everything off on the third party seller and I am getting no were with this return and I can't get a refund until the pool is returned and when I talk with the third party seller I am telling them I don't have a pallet and the third party seller is telling me to go behind a store a just take one they are free, I am not about to go out and put myself in danger for stealing a pallet they are not free and you can't just walk up and take them. I really don't know what to do at this point walmart will not help me I am stuck with a charge of $1,531.35. and a heavy pool in a box in my doorway and can't get another pool until the money is refunded. If you are thinking about purchasing a pool with walmart just get ready for the headache and the hassle. This is the second time I have order a large purchase from walmart, the first time my treadmill came in it was in a broken box torn with the equipment hanging out, and now this, I am done will never order again.

Was told walmart.com was down and they could not refund to my credit card and was given a store gift card. Also employee was NOT wearing her mask had it around her neck. Wow my first experience with Walmart 1 day shipping was horrible and both customer service and supervisor level was useless. I ordered a kitchen aid toaster oven not only did it not show up a day later but no one knows when the heck I’ll actually get it. Their call centers are over see through a 3rd party. The only good the oversees call center can do is to tell you if you have an order and if it’s shipped. Other then that they will tell you to unplug your modem and plug it back in if it’s not working. I will be canceling my order and ordering it on Amazon!!!

Walmart.com are extremely deceptive and have no respect for their customers. They kept giving my disabled father-in-law the run around. The poor man placed two orders in early February with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. Nothing was even shipped. A week later, nothing was shipped. After wasting a lot of time writing and calling Walmart Customer Service, he was given endless lies, incompetence and false hope.
In the end, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his two orders 2 weeks later, and sent him an offensive e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". He NEVER cancelled his orders.
Few days later, they sent him an e-mail about the products he wanted (and were never shipped) that said "The wait is over. Back in stock alert!... Free 2-day delivery."
The poor man caught the Bait (and Switch), and he placed his order once again, after all the waste of time and lack of respect.
Walmart, once again, shipped NOTHING. A week later, after many follow-ups, fraudulent advertising without any shame, and false promises, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his 3rd order, and again sent him an e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". Remember that he NEVER cancelled any of his 3 orders. That's was as wrong as it gets!
By contrast, I order from Amazon.com with a 2-day Guaranteed Delivery, and I always receive what I order in 2 days. In the very rare occasion they deliver a day or 4 later, they give me double the money I paid in a refund as well as a courtesy credit... even if its $300 with a sincere apology.
I would NEVER order ANYTHING from Walmart.com... Shame on you!....
