Nice looking products but very poorly…
Nice looking products but very poorly protected for delivery leading to damages. Carriers didn’t stand a chance with one of our orders.
This lead to cost.y delay to the project and I probably wouldn’t use them again because of this.

Nice quality acoustic wall panels
Nice quality acoustic wall panels . Only reason not to give five stars is that there is insufficient handling advice on the box. Delivery company tried to carry them in flat and they bowed significantly which meant I had to check them straight away and ask them to bring remaining panels in side on.

Next day delivery was advertised
Next day delivery was advertised, and it did come next day, but right at the end of the day so I was not able to get any tiling done that day. Also, it was 1 tile short of the bullnose, but the driver did not stay long enough for me to count them.

Our second order, both exceptional.
We've had a lot of issues with other companies that provide porcelain tiles. At some mainstream retailers, the norm is damaged items, missing items, and poor quality. I'm absolutely delighted that I've found Walls and Floors, we've placed two orders. Delivery has been super fast. Communication is good. You see images of the order before it reaches you. You pay a fair price at a time when the cost of everything is going up and so far we've had no items missing, no damaged items, and everything is really good quality. I'd highly recommend Walls and Floors, and we'll definitely be shopping with them going forward.

Lovely wall panels.
Really easy to order and packaged was dispatched quickly. Easy to cut the panels to size and fit them, though we needed to buy more adhesive. Look great now they up.
