Good customer service
We received our order promptly, however the total of one box was unusable due to the quality. Called and a new box was sent out straight away after providing photos.

Excellent quality panels 😀
We ordered for the first time from this company. We ordered the Trepanel Acoustic wood panels, ( grey) And the Trepanel Aqua white sparkle, the value and quality is second to none. We had ordered samples from other companies and from this company they simply much better than any other would highly recommend.
Delivery time is the next day which is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and beautiful tiles.
I ordered the tiles and they were delivered the next day. They are now in our bathroom and look absolutely beautiful.
The team informed me about the delivery and all was delivered as promised. Excellent service and we are very likely to use Walls and Floors again when we build our new en suite. Thank you guys 5*

Tiles are lovely and good value
Tiles are lovely and good value, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that both sample tiles were cracked in two. I didn't follow this up to get replacements as only samples. So maybe they could be packaged up better.
