Bad customer Service dealing with issue.
There were defective portions of the larger decal and you refused to send a replacement. It was not operator error and i conveyed that. Due to that I informed you that I wouldn't be ordering the other 20+ decals needed from your company. Bad business.
So it appears that they responded to me to tell me that they determined it was my fault. The letters being folded over each other was a manufacturing issue that they can't even accept responsibility for. I'd avoid them if I was you.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We made several efforts to accommodate your order, including further customizing the decal design after purchase with the requested text, as well as providing fast production and shipping.
After reviewing the concerns, we determined the decals themselves were not defective. The issue described appears to have occurred during installation. Letters folding over each other can happen when installation goes off-course. It did not arrive to you in that condition.
Even so, we replaced the two small sections at no cost as a courtesy due to their minimal size. We also offered a discounted replacement option for the larger sections, as full replacement of larger custom pieces is unfortunately not something we can provide free of charge in cases involving installation-related issues.
We understand vinyl installation can sometimes be challenging, and we did our best to work toward a fair resolution while standing behind the quality of our products.

Customer Service was excellent. Quality of product exceeded my expectations. Super easy and responsive. No pixelation. Easy to load images and install.
Background: A wall graphic using phototex was uncharted territory and it had to be perfect as the end product was going to be hung in an art museum! Secondly, I found Wall Decal World on the internet as my fellow artist friends did not have any suggestions so I felt like I was going in blind.

Quick Communication, Easy Design Changes, and a Beautiful Result
We had a fantastic experience with Wall Decal World from start to finish. From the moment we placed our order, their team was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. During the ordering process, we needed to make a few design changes, and they were quick to respond and very accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress free.
The wall mural we ordered was quite large and designed to fill an entire wall in our office, and the final product truly exceeded our expectations. Great support, great results
First, Lindsay was super helpful in making sure our company logo would turn out great when enlarged to the size we requested. There was also helpful, clear directions that also included videos, to ensure the installation went well. I have never installed a decal before, let alone a 7 foot wide piece, and the end result is outstanding!!! Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality, self installable decal
