I bought a walkingpad/treadmill from Amazon on the 14th of February and have not received it yet. It is now to month where I have complained to Amazon, walkingpad, there management, but nothing is happening. Kingsmith/Walkingpad is a scam, stay away or you will be CHEATED.
I sent an email to WalkingPad and they responded sincerely.
They said that the indiegogo's investment funds were credited to XIAOMI, but it seems that the contribution information was not properly passed on to WalkingPad.
This time, The WalkingPad staff responded by checking with XIAOMI, and I was eventually able to get a refund.
Therefore, I was revise evaluation.
WalkingPad is a trustworthy company.

I found from Indiegogo crowd-funding on August 25, 2020.
Two years have passed since then and I still have not received my WalkingPad.
I sent them an email and they responded vaguely that it "should have been shipped".
If it has been shipped, there should be a tracking number, but they won't give me that either.
This is very suspicious.
I have sent them an email for a refund and am waiting for their response.
I will post again if there is any progress.
I hope they will respond in a gentlemanly manner.
