Great customer service that truly stands behind their product

I truly can’t say enough great things about the customer service I received. After about a year of using my C2 walking pad, the belt started dragging and the motor began making a loud noise. I submitted a few videos and worked with Anna from customer support, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process.

She was incredibly responsive, helped me troubleshoot step by step, and even followed up if I hadn’t responded. The issue was resolved quickly, and I was so impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was.

It’s refreshing to experience customer service that truly stands behind their product and takes great care of their customers.

Great product & customer service

We enjoy our walking pad, but we lost the remote pretty quickly, as a few of us use it. I contacted customer service to order a new one and was willing to pay for it. They said they would make an exception and already are shipping a replacement. Kate and Anna were both prompt and replied within 24 hours. I appreciate Anna’s offer about the remote- it was so kind!

My experience ordering & receiving an MX10

My experience with Walkingpad support has been excellent, including phone (all I spoke with) & email support with Anna!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
However, I cannot say the same for the delivery process through FedEx, terrible experience, wish it was a different carrier. I ordered my Walkingpad on 2/21, received a notification it would arrive 2/26, it did not. My subsequent communications with FedEx were not great, they told me I had to contact the shipper, making little effort to resolve my issue. At one point FedEx told me they searched & could not find my package, it was lost! I emailed Walkingpad throughout this process, providing screenshots of my communications with FedEx, & Anna replied professionally each time , even offering to send me another one! Finally my package arrived, after being told it was lost! FedEx needs to get their act together and treat customers with more consideration & respect, take a lesson from Walkingpad, they know how to treat their customers!! And Walkingpad, if you can, please use a different carrier, UPS perhaps. To recap, Anna has been exceptional, replying to my emails and checking in to see if I had anymore assistance or have concerns! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent Repair Service

When my Wallking Pad failed I called…

When my Wallking Pad failed I called King Smith customer service and l received an email response from Andy. He sent me instructions on what to check and how to disassemble the Walk Pad. He offered to send a new controller for the unit. It arrived about a week later. Andy was so helpful and always responsive.

A great start so far

I will be honest it took me many months before deciding on buying a walking pad. It seemed to be a trendy fitness thing all over social media and I wanted something longterm for my health & fitness and it's not a joke spending a few hundred pounds for something that wont last. I walk most mornings outside, but wanted something for those rainy days and to be able to walk in the afternoons as well, but to do it at home. After doing endless searches I opted for the Z1. Evelyn answered a few queries I had and put my concerns at rest. With the big sale on I decided to bite the bullet. It pretty much came the next day, was very well wrapped and the Yodel driver even helped bring it over my front steps for me. I have only had it for a day so time will tell. The remote control is easy to start you off and then its up to you to decide your speed. It is very simple to use. I'm not interested in the app. I plan to walk with weights and I have tested it already and you get a good workout. Time will tell how well it lasts, but as they offer a guarantee I hope all will be well and I wont encounter any issues. As it folds away its a big plus when you have limited space. The Z1 was the best choice for me as I wanted a walking pad with a panel that tells you speed, KM, calories etc..I did not want to have to walk with my mobile or a pedometer to tell me my steps etc....

Faulty motor but remedied quickly.

We got our walking pad and within a few days we had a faulty motor. It took a bit to get it all figured out but we got our replacement and now I am walking and working and enjoying that I can exercise and lose weight.

Great customer service even after warranty ended

I’ve had this excellent walking pad for three years now. I had an issue when the pad was folded with the cord still attached, and as such it pushed the plug holder back under the motor assembly. It will be a hard to put that back (I will have to take apart quite a bit of the machine) but the support staff, and Anna in particular, where very helpful and will be sending the cord and socket for replacement.

Great Customer Service Experience

I've owned my walking pad for a couple of years now, and genuinely love it — as long as I actually use. It performs flawlessly. But what really prompted me to leave this review was a recent experience with their customer service person. My remote started giving me trouble, so I called in fully expecting the usual runaround or AI generated responses. Instead, I was connected with Anna, who was an absolute gem. She immediately knew what the issue was, walked me through everything with patience and warmth, and had a replacement on its way to me in no time. Fantastic Company with Exceptional Products and Support

This is truly a fantastic company with outstanding products. I purchased the Walking Pad A1 Pro, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. It works perfectly. I use it every day while working at my standing desk, and it has been a complete game changer. I now walk around 20,000 steps a day with ease, and I've been losing weight consistently since incorporating it into my routine. I feel amazing.

Their support team is excellent as well. When I placed my order, I forgot to apply my coupon code. Support was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and kindly honored their 30-Day Price Guarantee by refunding me the difference. I was very impressed and extremely grateful. I especially want to thank Anna on the support team for her kind and thoughtful help in resolving the coupon code mix-up.

I ordered two products from WalkingPad

I ordered two products from WalkingPad. One of the products, a foldable treadmill, works great. The second product, an exercise bike, had some belt problems. After reaching out to customer service several times about the problem, Anna from the Support team helped me find a solution after hearing me out and offering suggestions that ultimately didn't work. I was listened to, given options, and able to resolve my issue. I'm very pleased with Anna's help and impressed by the quality of WalkingPad's customer service.
