Well the website was easy to use
Well the website was easy to use. The prices were reasonable and delivery was prompt. The only drawback was that one of the blades had a tungsten tip missing. Phoning Walkers was simple, no quibble I got a replacement shipped out the next day. These things happen, it's how they're dealt with and Walkers were excellent. I would recommend them and certainly purchase from them again.

The product was delivered promptly and features a wooden handle. It would be helpful to provide more details: the blade has a serrated edge. The existing image doesn't reveal much, even when zoomed in. A close-up of the blade's edge, along with a description, would be advantageous. It's perfect for rough cutting but not ideal for smooth scything. The blade needs sharpening before use, and peening could be challenging. The paper wrapping around the blade was a thoughtful detail, though a guard would have been nice. Would I purchase it again? I'm uncertain; I'd need to clear a lot more bramble and scrub if I do.

Unfortunately the cost of including a guard with this product would simply be too expensive due to the curved blade. I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.

A happy virgin
Your website was easy to use and quickly took me (a complete table saw virgin) to the three bits of vital information ie diameter of blade ,bore and kerf. This might sound obvious to you but it is not obvious to the majority of people who sell on the internet. The saw is now performing better than it did with it's original blade.
