Hello, it would be easier if we can see the exercise before starting the practice. I loose a few minutes to integrate the movement we have to do. Most of the time, the exercises are quiet fast. As the camera is moving during the exercises for the details, we don't keep a global vue from the exercises to controle if we make them well!

Was skeptical at first, so many of these on the web right now, but ended up pleasantly surprised with the workouts. Have now completed the first 28 day rotation, lost some weight and toned considerably. Good start for those of us who have those 60 year old doldrums.

I look forward to see my circles spin when I make my steps for the day.

This is a really good app and is worth the monthly cost. It encourages me to do exercises daily (there are many options). As a result I have experienced some weight loss, increased fitness levels and improvements to my blood pressure readings. I highly recommend this App.

I LIKE THE IDEA, THE PRACTICE BUT THE BACKGROUND MUSIC IS ANNOYING AND IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THERE WAS A CLEAR SOUND SIGNING THAT THE INSTRUCTER PAUSES BECAUSE IN SOME EXERSIZES ONE CANNOT LOOK AT THE SCREEN ALL THE TIME.

The app is okay,i dont have any issue, even though i repeated some work out i already done. I appreciate been at home and work out ,i like all the exercises displayed in the app..
We fell out just because i was charged twice in a month,,even though i reached out to them and i was refunded.

I enjoy the indoor workouts. The music helps you keep up the pace of the exercises. I wish that some of the more complicated moves were demonstrated before we did them. I also like the outdoor walking challenges. Great program !

I didn’t like to be charged additional subscription on a monthly basic without me knowing, they need to make it very cleared that after the trail month that then you will be charged a subscription every month. Fortunately they was very understanding & refunded my money back.

The app is easy to use and is a way to add a little to a lot of fitness to your day. Very convenient. Indoor and outdoor and tracking options.

The workouts are short but effective. I’ve started seeing the results after just 2 weeks. I’m enjoying learning about Tai Chi.

The exercises are good. It's hard to watch the people I want to see More full body pictures side view pictures are not helpful. Some of the exercises are hard to do and that I can't figure out what you're supposed to do before they go on to the next one
