Easy to follow exercises. Not strenuous, so you get through the sessions without difficulty. I especially like the count down feature.

I found the walk plan easy to follow. The voice over was encouraging and helped me to keep going. Unfortunately I have torn my Achilles tendon so can't continue however I'll be back.

I am really enjoying the workouts . I’ve only been doing them for a week but I actually look forward to working out . The workouts are a bit short though . I feel like I could do a little more

This is my first experience with Tai Chi. I am very happy with it.

Quick and easy app to use with clear instructions to help you achieve your goals

The app doesn’t let me know how I am doing as it pertains to losing weight or where I am with my goal weight. It will be 2 weeks this Monday and I have met my daily goals but nothing projecting to future goal. I will probably not renew after 4 weeks.

I can do this when ever I have

The workouts can be done in the house. The tool helps support my outside walking and keeps me focused on my goals. Convenient, affordable and easy to use. I am a happy customer.

It seemed like a good choice at the time, so I signed up for 6 weeks. I usually walk quite a bit and realized I did not need the app. I was not planning on renewing. Then I was charged $39.99. I asked for my money back and they said that I had signed up for an auto renewing plan. I wonder how many people get taken this way? So if you are looking for excervise help, there are many Tai Chi programs you can get for free. Don’t get scammed into walkfit.

This is really good for me to be doing. I can manage the exercises. :)

The sessions are easy to follow and clear even on my phone. 7 minutes a day is relatively easy to fit in my busy day.

I love these excerises. They are gentle and yet I feel the range of motion is increasing and my stamina is also increasing.

Reply from WalkFit
I think it would be nice to have each movement explained and demonstrated slower before each exercise starts

I love the convenience of doing exercises anywhere in the house anytime.
I love multiple activities to choose from, walking if feels like.
The fact that one start small and escalates with time and fitness, it’s amazing.

I had an issue with a payment and they solved it and I'm so happy I do appreciate it thank you so much

Reply from WalkFit
I was charged for the subscription after having never used the app and being unable to download it.
This has now been reversed, so I am happy with this company, though I did waster £15 with the initial purhase. However, I told walkfit that I was willing to pay this, so all is fine now.
