Appalling

Appalling. Order placed and delivery quoted by Yodel. Order was out for delivery. Driver could not find address. Took it back to depot, I gave Yodel full details and landmarks. Out for delivery next day was on track for delivery until it was a mile away. Message came up Elected collection from depot 33 miles away. I had not elected this. Customer services said it was a system error, and will arrive in 3-4 days. Totally unacceptable how can I rely on it being delivered by Yodel.

Used this service many times, never again 2022

Used this service for a while. However, the couple of times have been horrendous.
Ordered goods supposed to arrive, failed even upto a week later.
When contacting customer service I recieved a lack of interest, except to say it wasn't actually in stock and had not been when I paid for it.
Mistakes occur, but no one bothered to let me know.
Hope Waitrose themselves are not tarnished by this outfit.

First & last time I use this company

First & last time I use this company. I expected John Lewis style customer service but its nothing like it.
I ordered dog food & paid extra for next day delivery.
4 days on & still no dog food.
I’ve emailed the customer service team twice but have had no response.

A mess!

Ordered multipack of Flea spot on treatment and box of Good Boy Braid chews. Although items arrived on time, the condition items came in was atrocious. Delivery box was at least 5 times too big for items, and was delivered by Yodel (I've posted separate review for them), thrown into outside cupboard, and box was damaged and chews strewn out of their box. Also, the Good Boy chews sold online are smaller than the ones instore, so I felt like I overpaid! Not sure I'll use this service again!

I have previously rated this service…

I have previously rated this service with 5* but since the lockdowns there are serious stick and delivery issues. I have contacted trading standards for false advertisement of items in stock, that 3 days later im told is not in stock. People order special food for their pets for a reason. It is not fair that this results in our pets diets being corrupted. DO NOT advertise things in stick if they are not and then blame your Warehouse service. This is an issue you are aware of, so fix it! I will not be ordering with you again.

I have to say I got a great price from …

I have to say I got a great price from Waitrose Pet online for my cat food, and a discount for a re-order. Was told delivery would be 24th, then a friend asked me to order her supply too as she's not online. I did it the next morning, this meant her delivery would come on the 27th March. Giving the current world crisis with the horrific Covid 19 I really wasn't sure it would even come on the 24th with my batch.
I was really happy and grateful to say that both orders arrived on the 24th which was a real bonus and I was over the moon.

Poor packaging led to leaks and mess

Ordered Frontline Plus 6 Pack and 2 bottles of Flea Shampoo as the price at Waitrose Pets was competitive compared to local stores.

Also paid £3.95 shipping.

The items were stuffed in a Jiffy bag without any additional protection. When they arrived, the Frontline looks like it is second hand, as the pack is open. The shampoo bottles have leaked and got mess all over the Frontline packaging. Fortunately, the pipettes seem unaffected.

This is not the standard of packaging I would expect having paid £3.95 for the privilege. I would not recommend using this service again, unless there is drastic improvement in their shipping.

Terrible

Easy to order, but the delivery came and went without any goods. The website does not even show the order has been processed. Trying to get my money back but no emails answered, no telephone answered after 5pm. Terrible choice of company for the JL group - not what you expect from the brand. Cut ties with Monster Pets ASAP Waitrose they can only do your brand harm!

I ordered cat food worth more than £50

I ordered cat food worth more than £50. Estimated delivery 20th of November... Nothing... Call them... Rescheduled on last Saturday... Nothing... They delivering with yodel. If I knew that I would not be interested to buy from them. I have to call them again to cancel my order. Shame! John Lewis just not to cry about profit lost... They lost their quality service as well...
