What a scam business in a Muslim brand!!! The item I order a month ago is not shipped and I will probably never get it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AND REPORT TO AUTHORITIES.

I've never received the table I ordered... Impossible to contact them...

Very unprofessional! I ordered an item in October and still haven't received it. I've emailed them even messaged them on the website but still haven't heard anything. So anyone new on here trying to order stay away from this website!

If only I had read the reviews about this company. The Charlatans have taken £120 from me for a jumper ten day ago and now I can’t get a response from them.

Complete scam, don't believe anything stated on their homepage! I ordered in August, asked several times for delivery updates and since I never got any sort of response asked for a refund, nothing happened.

If someone of Waislamaa is reading this: don't you dare responding to this I should reach out to your mail. I did several times, better delete the promise stated on your homepage that emails will be answered within 24 hours.

Btw, transition of ownership is a pretty weak excuse, since I doubt that any transition would limit the customer service to that extent. That would be a closure then.

Been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for an item to be delivered. I’ve sent about four emails but don’t get any response. Really poor company.

Sadly it appears that I also should have researched this company before ordering vine leaves. As the rest, I to have not recieved my order although they have taken payment.
Who researches a company for a small costing order. Looking at the reviews this is clearly the way they operate. That, and get a staff member, to post a 5 star review....
Please stay away. They are thieves and dont deserve even 1 star.

This is a scam! They took my money and didn’t send me my order. I tried emailing them and they aren’t responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This company is a scam!..
I ordered back in June 2023 payment was Taken & still yet no delivery 😡..
I’ve sent them numerous emails and automated reply that my query will be delt with with 24 to 48 hours.
Almost 3 months now & nothing.
There is no contact number to call .

Placed an order in April, not received product emailed them twice no response to either email.

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews, its a SCAM and they do not ship your order, been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I emailed them multiple times but no respond. Its a fraud!

No cape and no response.

Ordered some Cyprus potatoes a month ago and after chasing the order by email and having no response, I’ve still not received my order!! Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, they’re clearly scammers, should be blocked from the internet.

I ordered a piece of clothing on the 18th of March, and after several emails sent to the customer service address, I have not received a single human reply. The full amount was booked off my account and I have nothing to show for it. Don't order anything from them.
