Wainscoting America  Reviews

Great product! I have been dealing with Bob & Deb for years! I highly recommend them!

Called them and they found my pattern from years earlier and shipped to me so I could repair water damagr.

Ease of ordering and installation was a breeze

Big company of production and products with service that spend lots of time and effort to help small time DIYs get their great products at reasonable prices and shipping. Very impressed with product, attitude, and effort to make sure all customers get same specialized service.

They had the molding I was looking for with a 1/2 inch inset for wainscoting. Been looking in hardware and lumber stores for that size for over two years!! VERY SATISFIED. Shipping was fast, too.

The team is great and the product is awesome. They always get the project done better than expected. I have been using their products for my clients for over 15 years. It has been a pleasure working with them .

Great factory tour by Debbie and Bob. Product is even better than I thought. As a contractor I will use this product when more than a few painted slat wainscoting are required. I look forward to my next job. Thanks p

The people that operate this business are the best.they are very helpful and always available

The ease of ordering, and the product selection. Most importantly is this was the second order from you and in both cases we got exactly what we desired to complement our current kitchen remodel. Wainscoting America had a question for me and they were persistent till getting ahold of me to make sure I knew of all options for shipping such a large piece. Debbie was as pleasant as could be. So overall these two orders were the best experience from beginning to end. The end product was exactly what we wanted without issue. I would highly recommend Wainscoating America.

Their design assistance was fantastic and once the order was completed, the panel were ready in a few days…We’ve installed them and they look beautiful..

I entered my card information and it was rejected. I entered it again and there was no confirmation on site that it went through. My email said that an account was created and thanked me for my order even though the previous one said my order was not completed because my bank rejected it. My bank shows that no transaction occurred. The owner called me personally and resolved the issue like a champ.

I love the personal one on one experience to get the project right. Their team of professionals are patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Oh...did I mention the product is fantastic.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience working with the designer- Deb, so helpful and patient with all of my questions. I placed my order online in the morning and it was ready by the same afternoon! 10/10 would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.

We just received our Wainscoting and we love it. it is perfect. Better than we thought it would be. The company is great and we received our product very quickly. We would definitely use this company in the future if we need a more Wainscoting. Customer service was great and the product looks very high-quality. We picked our style and entered our dimensions and it.was a perfect match to what we already had in our home.

There was no problems only solutions
Thanks
