Order did not arrive. No answers from customer service
By end or March 2023 I ordered three dakimakuras pillowcases alltogether for more than 140 EUR, but the order did not arrive. I come from Germany and from France to Germany it's not a very large distance and both countries belong to EU, so there should be no problem.
In the period from beginning of May to mid of June I wrote three Emails to the mail-address given by the order confirmation, asking about the status of my order. Two of the mails I wrote in German and because I don't speack French, I wrote another one in English to avoid any possible language barriers. (However if their website is available in German, the people there should be able to read it...) But the English written mail could not even been sent, I only received an error message.
In my last email (in German) I again explained the situation and set a deadline for about 14 days until 30.06. I announced that if I won't get any delivery or message until then, I will cancel my order and return my money, which I paid via Paypal.
...and nothing happended, no devlivery, no answer by email...
So I claimed my money back via the buyer protection option from Paypal. I sent all the corresponding mails with it and successfully got my money back from Paypal about one week later.
I am still wondering if the shop is fake or if the people there are just incompetent?! Looking at the website, now, in July you still can find the offer for February!!
