I've been communicating with Zay at Waggin Wheels and he has been great in continuing to answer my questions in a quick and thorough manner. His service sounds outstanding with GPS updates along with videos and pictures along the drive as my boy Tank will make his way from MA to FL. I look forward to a great job by Zay.
Great to use if you want your pets murdered by heat exhaustion! Maybe they are good for short transports but DEFINITELY NOT for long trips
We used Waggin Wheels to transport our 10 week old puppy from Florida to Pennsylvania and we were very happy with the service! Jennifer outlined the entire process via email and over the phone and was very responsive to questions. We were a little hesitant after reading the one very negative review, but we trusted our gut and went with the service and we couldn't be happier! We had direct access via phone and text to the drivers and they provided updates throughout the entire trip. Our puppy arrived safe and happy to us! We would definitely recommend the service and use them again in the future if needed!

We were provided updates from start to finish and our puppy arrived happy and safe to her forever home. We would definitely recommend Waggin Wheels and use them again if needed in the future!

Little spike arrived safe and sound up north all because wagging wheels transport. The staff are so helpful and planned everything out so I had no worries at all. Thank You for being so caring to my little spike and keeping me informed on everything.
