Ordered in May with next day delivery had multiple emails to explain why it hadnt arrived and was on next delivery priority. Still no sign of the product. Hugely dissapointed and really looking for a refund.

Ordered in may, nothing received, lots of emails With excuses and lies ,asked for a refund, still not received even though Max stated it would be his top priority, appalling and definitely not worth risking money on, ive had to request a charge back from my bank and have referred it to trading standards. I definitely would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered start of May with immediate shipping. Never arrived, multiple emails full of shipping excuses, changed dates, empty promises and discounts offered if I continued with my order. Eventually after yet another change of delivery date I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. Cue more emails from "Max" begging me to continue with my order and offering me more and more discounts, I declined. Full immediate refund promise then followed, and a sudden DPD shipping note regarding the bed. Another " admin error". On receipt bed was swiftly returned unopened and again apologies and a " 100% immediate refund promised". No refund, now no responses to emails regarding outstanding refund, tracked proof that bed is now back in their warehouse. Many emails from " Max" and chums asking for feedback and also to follow them on Instagram due to " hacking". Absolute shambles of a company, either absolute scammers or about to go out of business with their customers' money. Don't go there, pretty sure " Max" doesn't even exist. Contacted PayPal to try and recover cost and shortly Trading Standards. Pretty sure the rave reviews are from" Max" , his chums and family!

Ordered in May. Website stated next day delivery but apparently this is only when the item arrives in this country. Chased delivery in June and received a chatty email apologising for the delay blaming a miscalculation of products ordered and promising delivery within 5 days. No delivery. Another chatty email promising delivery by 4th July as my order was now a 'priority' or I could request a refund. I requested a refund and guess what... no refund after 10 days. Product may be brilliant but if it doesn't arrive and no refund is made then this indicates a company in difficulty.

Betty and Bruno are loving their new dog dock/bed for the car. It is impeccably made and feels really durable and safe. I only wish it was a little bigger and covered the entire backseat but maybe a future version will. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t too bothered about delivery times and the dock was well received by my dog. After a few weeks, he jumped to get out of the car and the tether came with him. Luckily, I grabbed his collar and prevented him from running away. I would imagine that, if in an accident or shunt, the dog could fly and injure himself or other passengers. The zips also broke.
Max promised an external tether which didn’t arrive. I let him know that this wasn’t satisfactory as the dog would just hop out of the bed and sit on the seat. Max promised a refund. Two reminders later, no refund. My next action will be to report to Trading Standards.

I have just requested a full refund as my order has not arrived. I have had many emails telling me tales of woe and reasons why my order hasn't been sent. Most of them seem to be dubious excuses. On reading the reviews here, it seems this 'company' is very badly run or it's a scam.

This is a follow up. It went from bad to worse! Having agreed to refund my money for non delivery, a package turned up instead of the expected refund. On opening, one of the filling bags had not been sewn properly so there was filling falling out and the Isofix fittings were not in the package. I decided to try to fit it anyway (there are still no instructions even after the very many comments on Trustpilot) and I've now discovered that the size recommended is too small. I have an eldery 12kg Cockapoo. In order to sort this out, I have been asked for photos to prove that the Isofix fittings are not in the box!! TBH, I can no longer be bothered. It's £139 wasted and a lot of broken promises and frustration. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Awful company. Continued false promises of delivery dates, poor communication and even poorer excuses. Do not make the same mistake!

Update my order was received in the end, I haven’t tested in the car yet.

I would not order again as it wasn’t an easy smooth process and in retrospect, it’s not value for money.

My item was on preorder just before the shipping date, I received an email changing the date as they had oversold the product.

It was not shipped on the new date and the only other email I received was one claiming their Instagram account had been hacked.

I personally would not ever order anything from this company again.

Recently received a dog dock for our Staffy to stay safe whilst travelling in the car. Have to say that the quality of the product is excellent. After having installed the dog dock into the car our Staffy jumped straight in and made herself comfortable. On a ride today she was quite settled and there was no unnecessary movement from her as with previous bedding used.
I would recommend this product.

It was a bit of a wait for delivery but worth it! Fred loves his new travel bed and we love that he’s now very safe and comfy! And it looks so stylish - he’s now travelling first class!

The idea is great but the product is lacking. The pillows were lumpy, uneven and too soft for my girl with bad hips. It took way too many tries for them to send me a return label. I had to provide my own box since it comes vacuum sealed and impossible to get back in original box. I hope they improve on the inserts, until then its not worth it especially for big dogs.

I ordered a medium for a gift. It showed up in less than a week!! I reached out to them about the out of stock green XL. They promptly responded with info of great demand and they would let me know when the next availability. I stumbled on another opportunity to order through FB and jumped on it! It was about 1 week to arrive. I love the quality! I am a bit worried about the center pillow. It seems too fluffy or fills too much of the center if we are driving. I think I will omit it all together because my back seats have a cooled feature and my dog loves it. She wouldn't be able to enjoy it with a pillow on top. I see a great advantage to the pillow when using as a bed. It is very secure in the car! I would say the plastic hooks that attach to the U rings that allow the straps to go around the head rest and body of chair should probably be metal just my 2 cents. Over all I love this bed and feel really good about traveling with my furry best friend!

Lady loves it she is very happy and as long she is happy I’m happy it’s sturdy very well-made the only thing I would say could do with stronger zips down the sides but that’s the only slight fault I can find with it.

Kept me up to date when I pre ordered I wanted pink got told no pink I would of waited till next lot of orders… but in the end I got a pink one so I’m happy thank you so much

It is interesting to read the 1 star reviews.
In January I had some issues with an order and had doubts. I cancelled my order.
I pasted a 1star review , accurately reflecting my experience and the owner phoned me and asked me to remove the review because they were a young company and didn’t want bad reviews.
I got my refund I think on the understanding I removed the review .
I have great doubts regarding business practice and openness

The Dog bed for the car is absolutely fabulous and worth every penny and probably more. My only criticism is how long it took to arrive and that I wasn’t sure if it would. Now it’s here brilliant. this company will do well if they can improve their delivery times and their communication.

I am very pleased with my travel bed!
I had to wait due to trouble a the port so was concerned not receive my bed, there was no correspondence which would have been reassuring.
Just a suggestion that a simple instruction sheet would have been helpful

Giving one star as none not an option. Ordered on 27th April. Then followed numerous excuse emails as to why order delayed. Finally arrives 26th June whilst I am away. Opened it today. Dreadful. The insert cushions are awful and the bed looks nothing like on the website. Since receiving this order, I have been bombarded with email after email, give us a review, 20% off next order (you’ll be lucky), my instagram has been hacked (loads of those). Not a happy at all & wish I had not been swayed by the good reviews… beginning to think those are fake/friends & family. This is a lot of money for such a product. Not impressed at all
