Gone downhill
Getting a re-loan is now much more time consuming and the loan offered much lower than ones previously. I have had several loans which were all paid off in full and on time but now the new re-loan process is like applying as a new customer, and the loan offered was well below what I asked for and feel that this is unfair based on my excellent history with them
