Their website allowed me to order and pay for one tag silencer. Then a couple of hours later I get an email saying they cannot fulfil the order as its not financially viable. Not even an apology. And now I have to wait for a redund. If I ever get it (not holding my breath). Not a great way to do business. Why let me order and pay on your website if you considered one item not financially viable? And at least APOLOGISE!
I love these tags, great quality they don't chip, scratch or fade. The ones I purchased clearly identify my Cat as indoor only, making it obvious if they get out and are seen they are lost and need help.
