Never again!

Problems from day one, major to minor to almost comical. Installed, but didn't hook up the hot water heater. Installed but didn't hook up the a/c. Left about a 6 inch by one foot area over a bathroom door unpainted. Left cut PVC pipe, hooked to nothing, in the toilet tank. Carpet in living room had to be replaced due to large bubble in carpet. Upstairs floor warped due to being open to the elements during construction. Floor boards/quarter rounds in half bath had to be reglued and recaulked. Garage flooring cracked badly within first year. Shower wall not caulked properly so it leaks out the side destroying paint of the regular wall by towel rack. A/c is cheap piece of junk that has broken down 5 times in less than 10 years. Back "porch" (if you can call about a 6 square foot area a porch) has fallen apart in several places. Cheapest sod imaginable set down in front yard, and junky grass seed in sides and back that were essentially nothing but weed seeds! Dishwasher was dented badly. That's just a few of the issues. Well, I bought it, I'm stuck with it, but first chance that comes up, I'm outta here. A one year limited warranty should have been a clue! But will never ever buy another Wade Jurney (nor any associated companies) home again! Date options won't allow going back to 2014, thus the 2023 date!

Wade Jurney home

I purchased a new home with Wade Jurney 5 years ago. My air conditioner has broken down already. And because they were negligent in registering my AC which would have given me a 10 year warranty, my warranty is only 5 years now and it has expired. Meaning I have to foot the bill for the entire repair! Because of them! I'm angry.
