Simply a nightmare - ordered 2 numbers they were flagged by whatsapp - both were alreaydy in use. No real answers from support

I would give them a negative score if possible. A total scam - Avoid at all costs. First they charge you then they dont provide the service and make it impossible to cancel.

I bought two virtual numbers from Wabi to use with WhatsApp Business, and neither worked — the verification code never arrived on any of them. I paid through Apple Pay, and now they refuse to refund me. The service doesn’t work at all, support is unhelpful, and it feels like a scam. Avoid this app at all costs.

Don't buy from here, they are scammers , They just charged me and not providing valid numbers for Whatsapp

I got the number but seems that already belong to other WhatsApp. So I can not use. This is a scam. When I complain no one responds.

It is a fraud! They sold me a number already in use for another person and never answered an e-mail I sent, which is the only way to supposely get in touch with them. I don´t understand why an app like this is still running in apps stores. No one rates it well and they are cheating, how they aren´t banned?

Lost access to my number and the person they gave it to is now texting my family saying I was kidnapped and they want money. Stay away from this app

the number you sold to me is used in another WhatsApp and it is protected by "Two step verification code" sent to the user's email.

My advice is to stay away from these cowboys Wabi-App aka Appauld Software aka WhatsApp Business virtual numbers.

I thought I was getting WhatsApp virtual number for a one off payment for a year in January 2023. The name Wabi popped up, but I got the virtual number with the WhatsApp Business icon/app/account.

I cancelled/deleted the virtual number/account several months after (still in 2023) - because I only used the number a few times. I removed my card details when I purchased the number, and was not expecting any more charges.

I saw a payment charged to my card in January 2024 from 'Appauld Software', who were apparently Wabi-App. This was for a number/account that I had closed/deleted the previous year.

So far Appauld Software have refunded 0.03 pence to my card, and they are disputing their fraudulent transaction with my credit card. (In Wabi-App policy they state 'we do not keep your card details'.)

I have an active subscription since last 6 or so months (still active on the time if this review) everything fine. Last monthly renewal was 13 feb-13 march. But around 28 feb I suddenly get notification that my number has been released and i cannot get it back! They just ended my number like that! Ive been using it for whatsapp business now everything is in jeopardy and im in risk for great losses. I have tried to reach out thru email still waiting for the reply since two days they r not replying

Rip off merchants - charged me 3 times for numbers that simply don’t work

Purchased a usa number for 1 year, paid $45
And number didnt work. No refund, no solution...

Poor customer service. They for rid of my number for no reason.

There numbers works but you may have to pay twice each time before they acknowledged your payment and no refund with them, they will never admit they got your money even if you show proof. And they got the worst customer service. They will read your email and ignore it as far it is not about you paying.

I will not say i recommend it or not but if you have money to keep paying and you don't mind them destroying your business once you are a day late in making your subscription. This is the best choice for you

They shut down access to our number and rent it to someone else. The person they rented it, is now reaching to our contacts and asking for money. So stay away

They keep selling banned numbers ,claiming Whatsapp compatibility,but whatapp don't even accept their phone numbers .I bought 5 numbers and none works, with no refund,crazy.
