I used to be a patient at Kings Park Surgery until so many problems happened such as not letting me get access to my online Medical files due to not being able to sort out a computer issue remained unresolved
Neither did they offer an alternative.
Knowing that l have Ruemotiod arthritis and Osteoarthritis it's really important that l have access to them
Which also meant that l couldn't order my regular blood tests online
I offered to go to the sugery and collect them said don't offer this service. So l asked if they could send them in the post they wouldn't do that either. I tried Baking Hospital they wanted help rightly said that Kings Park Surgery have to provide this for me.
So l emailed someone from there, asked for access to my Medical Files so that l have them for Barts Hospital in London she told me not to contact her again.
This is terrible service. My daughter, one of my sons have also left. I know its my right to have access to my files, its like hitting my head against a brick wall.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Can you help in anyway, much appreciated.
I cant remember excalty when l contacted Kings Park Surgery regarding my Medical Files, the email response l think it was last year
