Everything arrived within days after ordering it and I had everything I needed to get the electrics started asap. The kit is sophisticated but was easy to install thanks to the diagram and all the bits that came in the package as everything I needed was there! And whenever I had any questions Sam has been absolutely amazing with helping me out and either got a response from himself or Alan within minutes!! This was my first time ever working with electrics and I really couldn’t have done it without Vunked. Thank you so much guys, I really appreciate all your support🙏🏻

Very helpful and quick delivery with system

Spoke to Sam in regards to my build he was very helpful and professional and give me honest advice to what products would be best for my needs I was able to adjust my order to suit as I had already previously purchased parts elsewhere which I also thought was great I placed me order and I revived it the same weeks with a simplified step by step guide to get me away can’t wait to get started

Sam at Vunked has been fantastic. Walked through everything; what we want to use, how we want to live when in the van and what components would work best to deliver that. Sam was always conscious of budgets and lifestyles. Communication is fab, Sam is still there post-purchase for all and any questions in relation to the electrics and it's been a huge help to our van build! Highly recommend to anyone converting a van and wanting a A* service with their electrics.

Very good communication and service

For a novice van builder with zero experience in the solar / electrical game, I found everything etremely confusing. That was until I found out about Sam and the team at Vunked. They patiently explained everything to me and helped me design a system that perfectly suited my needs. Any questions I had, they always went above and beyond to help. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I’ve used vunked twice now for two separate electric set ups in my van, the most recent one being a complete off gird set up, they are so helpful and very knowledgeable you can book a call with an engineer talk through everything you need and have a your whole set up delivered within a matter of a few days. Vunked are a 10/10 from me.

Great experience with the consultant engineer understanding needs, requirements and skill levels involved in the project.

Only suggestion I would make is that rank beginners may not understand connection point requirements of the various components - it would be useful to include on diagrams whether a lug is required or not, and which type/size end to use!

From initial enquiry to placing our order, over a period of 2 weeks Sam Barker was always ready to offer advice either over the phone or by email. Advice was based on what WE wanted to get from our electrical system. Never felt as though he was upselling, just simply advising the best solution. Checks elsewhere confirmed Sam's advice and design specification was spot on. Thanks Sam. If we ever do this again, I'll be back.

Supply of the right kit for our application was made simple by competent, in person, service backup. Wiring diagrams were provided and our technical questions over the phone were given prompt attention and answered in layman's terms. The Vicron Smart Dc to DC charger supplied is an excellent piece of kit. Gordon
